The Aurora is the house for family and group entertaining. You can enjoy the large open living room the flows into the contemporary dining room that formally seats eight. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances, outfitted for your baking, cooking, and grilling desires. The Aurora comes with super comfy beds, luxury linens and towels, board games, a vast array of complimentary toiletries, washer and dryer with soap and softener, 2 tv viewing areas, and a coffee station.... basically, anything we think you might need to enjoy your stay. You can enjoy grilling on the patio set up for outdoor eating then enjoy the party room- including more seating and another table for 4.
The party room includes bar, serving area for food (or to put presents on), ping pong table, a 75" tv, SKEE BALL, and a 4-player stand up video game with over 4,000 preloaded arcade games!!! Video games include- Golden Tee 2022, Silver Strike, and nearly every game from Play Station, Nintendo, Dreamcast, Sega, Atari, etc... Come play your childhood favorites like Hydro Thunder, Tapper, Q Bert, Tron, Dig Dug, Pac Man, Sonic, Donkey Kong, Mortal Combat, Super Mario... and the list just goes on!
We have the place stocked with board games for kids and adults, puzzles, and plenty to keep your group entertained, or just kick back on one of the couches or over-sized recliners and enjoy some much needed relaxation. BONUS- WE HAVE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX 10 MINUTES AWAY. THERE YOU CAN USE THE INDOOR POOL OR OUTDOOR POOL AND TWO-LEVEL CLUBHOUSE WITH GYM, SAUNA, ETC.. The Aurora is also very centrally located and within minutes of Saylorville Lake, numerous restaurants, bars, and activities. 5 minutes from access to I80 and 8 minutes to I-235.

***Please note there are three extra queen deluxe blow up mattresses in addition to the beds listed. These beds are included in the 17 person capacity. There are spaces to put these beds without them being in the way if you need to use them. There are also comfy comforters pillows and sheets for these beds as well.

I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun!
