Our stay was very comfortable and close to the Marine base, the beach, many delicious restaurants and grocery shopping. The entire apartment building was clean and stoked with essential. Will stay here again if in the area!

Incredible Stay

This rental was incredible and perfect for our group. It’s in a great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance!

San Diego - 4 Apartments

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Diego. The description was as described on the website, and the building was perfect for a work group or family.

Absolutely perfect

This stay was perfect. The owner was super accommodating and answered very quickly if we had questions. The neighbors were lovely. It’s also located in a great part of San Diego that’s right by gaslamp.

It was basically clean, the location was great for what we needed to do in town. The units were old and very small, but manageable. The bathrooms were super tight and awkward.

Loved staying here

The location was great (walkable to bars and restaurants, central within SD overall) and the place itself was great for what we need - lots of beds and a backyard to hang out in. The multi-apartment set up may not be for everyone, but was unique and worked for us. Recommend!

Comfy and walking distance to restaurants etc

Very quaint and comfortable accommodations with the most gracious hosts. Walking distance to Little Italy and also to the trolley station where we caught the trolley to the Gaslamp neighborhood. Family of 16 for sons USMC graduation. We will be back! Thanks again for the awesome everything. The Wells Family.

A WHOLE Building

This property was perfect for multiple staff members. We had 2 per place and everyone loved it. The negative is NO parking.

San Diego Apartments

We rented the 4 units for extended family. It was a great way to be together but have individual space. The units are small, especially the bathrooms, but they were clean and very comfortable. They are also quiet, we did not hear our family above us. Street parking was easily found out front. It is in a safe area, walkable to all that little Italy has to offer and it's near the airport. Our only wish is that all the keypads were updated like the bottom left unit. It was much easier to un/lock the front door. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it while visiting San Diego!

Great location bad experience

Communication and checkin was easy. Location is great. Apartments extremely small. The toilet is 6 inches from bathtub so you have to sit sideways. No where to walk around beds. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Renters said pest control coming after we complained and checked out. Old dried snot on coffee table. Overall bad experience

Hi Dolores, this is extremely rough to see all the great things we did and then a 1 star overall. We mention the square feet in the listing and use words like tiny and cozy, I am not sure how we can describe the apartments any more clear that they are 600 sq ft and tiny and cozy. As for cockroaches, that is completely made up! We have Pest Control come every month and spray outside the home as it is California.

Good enough for a large group looking for a budget friendly option. Look at Google streetview though

The pros:This building was a decent stay for a group of coworkers attending a conference at the convention center. It is nothing fancy but the beds were pretty comfy. Spacious fridges, AC units worked well for living room. Nice patio in back for relaxing. It is a place to sleep and has everything you need! May want to bring earplugs/headphones if you are light sleeper as plane noises can be loud. One unit had an Xbox which people enjoyed playing!The cons: Units are not super well maintained. Little thought about how it would feel to stay in the unit, ex: broken blinds, limited outlets! We had to sit sideways on the toilets to use them because they are so close to tub. Please provide some extension cords or power strips so that you can charge a phone in bedroom. Also, please put a lamp in each bedroom that can be reached in the bed or not difficult to get to from bed. Every dish I tried to use was dirty. Back stairs feel dangerous. Ceiling fans very rickety and loud. The area is a little smelly (at least in summer when there is little rain) and that smell would get into the units if gone for the day. Bedrooms got hot at night as AC unit is in kitchen. If you have difficulty walking, this might not be the best location for you as the building is on a rather steep hill. It was really hard to walk with luggage up the hill, which is not a complaint about the home but just a heads up in case you would have a difficult time. However, it is close to many bars/restaurants.
