Når du har åbnet døren til denne fjerde etage, ved stranden Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, ved du at du har valgt det rigtige valg til din ESCAPE. Ejerne har pyntet deres ejendom med ny gulvflise, gulvtæppe i soveværelserne, fliser i køkkenet, nye møbler og frisk maling hele tiden - lyse, luftige, skarpe og friske.

Den nye stue sofa har en lounger, der er perfekt til at nyde den smukke udsigt over stranden. Det har også en sovesofa, hvis det er nødvendigt for at sikre, at alle gæster kan sove komfortabelt. Beachside One, med en nyindrettet lobby, sidder direkte på stranden kun få skridt væk fra strandpromenaden. Bygningen tilbyder gæsterne WIFi, et fitnesscenter og en sæsonopvarmet swimmingpool og boblebad.

På de nætter, du vil nyde en aften ud, byder Baytowne Wharf Village et udvalg af restauranter. Alt fra god spisning til pizza, Bar-B-Q og meget mere. Beautiful vacation

This property is perfectly located and very easy to navigate. The pool was surprisingly cold, that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again at this time.

Will stay again

Great view. Nice pool and hot tub. Check in and out was easy. Comfy beds and linens. I recommend staying here. One suggestion is having a couple of beach chairs and beach toys in the closet.

The perfect way to end our summer!

This was a last minute vacation for our family of 4 before school starts and it was wonderful! Everything was easy, beautiful, and convenient for our stay! We loved the condo and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great right off the beach. The beach chair rental company is right off the beach access and they were very nice and helpful all week. The condo has beautiful views, is exactly as described and just perfect for our family. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back next summer.

Excellent Beach Vacy

This condo was absolutely perfect! Great location, exactly as described on website and in pics. Had every thing I needed for this quick getaway with my son. When I walked in, I knew this one was meant to be for me too as I have the same comforter that was in the master in my son's room. We even have the same silver sailboats. Anyway, I will book this condo again in the future!

Perfect!

The condo was beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of drawer/storage space. This building has a private beach with security that keeps non-residents from setting up tents which was a plus since the adjacent beach was ridiculously crowded. The pool and pool furniture was very nice. Property management was very responsive to the one issue we had with the stove while we were there. The worst complaint I have is dull kitchen scissors! (-; We will absolutely be back!

Family Weekend

Wonderful views but lacked in accurate accommodations due to broken sleeper sofa. Needs lots of maintenance work due to moldy walls and damage from possible leaks. Had nasty issues with bugs especially in the master bedroom. The place had a very strong Clorox/ clean smell when we first arrived but soon became a rotten smell the next two days. The main bathroom shower door frame is not securely attached. Way too many problems to deal with for a weekend getaway

Thank you for your feedback Katie. The sleeper sofa frame was reported bent during your stay, not broken. Our maintenance will get that fixed up. We are working with the building association on the window and exterior leaks that have caused staining on the baseboards, not walls. The building has regular pest control service but we did also send our maintenance over to spray additional coverage and we did ask for pictures of what type of bugs, none were provided and no evidence of any bugs were found when our maintenance arrived. We ask for pictures so we can address this specific issue with the building association pest control service. We were unaware of the loose shower door frame but our maintenance team is here 7 days a week to address any issue like these. Again, thank you for your feedback

Beautiful View

Overall a good experience. Condo could be a little cleaner and maintained a little better. There was a plate of food under the bed from previous renters. Drain in master sink and second bath tub did not drain well. Smoke detector beeped in the middle of night which can be prevented. We bought batteries and changed it for the next person. Older appliances. Refrigerator cover was broken and falling off. Broken beach chair in closet. Pretty condo but could use some upkeep.

We had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with Platinum Vacations, and unfortunately cannot recommend booking with them.We discovered bed bugs in the bedroom—a serious and disturbing issue. We were traveling with a baby, which made this situation even more upsetting and difficult to manage. The bites were painful and unpleasant, and weeks later, I’m still dealing with the effects of the bites I received during that stay.To their credit, the property manager responded quickly and moved us to another unit. However, having to pack everything up and move with an infant was incredibly inconvenient and stressful—especially since we were only just settling in. Unfortunately, the second unit had a broken air conditioning system, and once again, we were offered another move. At that point, we decided to leave altogether and booked a hotel at our own expense.Only after all of this—bed bugs, multiple moves, and no working AC—was a refund offered.While the manager communicated professionally, the situation was unacceptable. Bed bugs should never be an issue in a professionally managed vacation rental. The lack of proper inspection, the poor condition of the second unit, and the overall disruption to our trip were incredibly frustrating.We will not be booking with Platinum Vacations again.

While compensation for the initial inconvenience was discussed, it had not been finalized. Following the move, we were informed that the HVAC system at the second property was not functioning properly. We immediately contacted our trusted vendor to assess and address the issue, as guest comfort is a top priority. Unfortunately a quick fix was not possible. We acknowledge that both issues impacted your stay, and we acted swiftly by issuing a full refund prior to your departure. While we always aim to resolve unexpected challenges promptly and professionally, we understand that these events disrupted your vacation. We truly apologize that your vacation experience did not meet expectations. This is not the type of experience we aim to provide our guests, and we regret that your time with us was not enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We stayed during an extreme heat wave where all people were asked to monitor their thermostat and the unit was a little warm, but each bedroom came with a fan so we were perfectly comfortable for the entire stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned. The unit is very nice and has a good view. The problem was that the washing machine did not work --filled with water and stalled. We had to pull our wet clothes out and rinse them in the tub. Then the dryer took over an hour for the load to even semi dry. Need new appliance. Kind of tainted the entire stay as the freezer was not cold enough but a call to maintenance was able to correct.

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Beach Condo

The condo is comfortable and well kept. Great place for a small family weekend.
