Key Lime Cottage - Your Beachside Retreat

Welcome to Key Lime Cottage—your Cape Charles oasis just blocks from the beach, Central Park, and downtown! Fully renovated and loaded with amenities, our home is your gateway to coastal fun. Enjoy morning coffee on the sprawling front porch or BBQ on the back deck, with outdoor dining. Inside, you`ll find a well-equipped interior: powder room, two full baths, and a dining room that seats 12. Choose from four comfy bedrooms for a restful sleep. Bonus: a cart, 2 kayaks, and 3 bikes included!

We are just 2 blocks from beautiful Cape Charles Beach. We are also just 2 blocks from the park where we will have concerts in the park all summer on Saturday Nights. The cottage is ready to welcome your family and friends. A cart is included with the property during your stay!

You will get the code to enter the home the day of check-in before 4PM.

If you need anything during your stay we are full-time residents in Cape Charles.

Quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from the beach. Great front porch to just sit and enjoy the day.

You are just 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from central park and 3 block to downtown for shopping, eating and drinking.

We have a golf cart included with your stay (additional contract and insurance required)
We do allow pets. The fee is for each pet so if you have more than one pet joining you on vacation additional pet fees will apply. The fee is $300 per pet per stay.

The Key Lime Cottage is a lovely charming well stocked home. Great choice of colors and decor. Just steps from a beautiful beach, park and historic downtown. The golf cart was a plus. Overall it’s a wonderful stay for a family get away. The owners thought of everything one might need. We loved the home.

Excellent House

The property was amazing! Super close to the beach, an easy walk to shops and food. The house was wonderful and well stocked for several families to get together and relax. Would definitely stay here again

Key Lime Cottage was fantastic! Close to the beach, the park, and shops. The house was cozy enough for all of us to eat dinner and watch TV together, and big enough for everyone to have their own rooms. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the neighbors were lovely! Cape Charles is beautiful and we will definitely visit again.

Excellent week at Key Lime Cottage

The house is in a terrific location. The included cart is handy and the kayaks are a nice addition, although we did not use them.

Title: A Perfect Stay Courtesy of Perfect Guests! We had the pleasure of hosting Dirk, his friends, and family at Key Lime Cottage and couldn't be happier with the experience. Right from the start, communication was smooth and easy, which is always a great indicator. As Virginia Tech fans, they brought an infectious enthusiasm for sports and life in general. They treated our place like their own, following all the house rules and leaving it impeccably clean. Needless to say, Dirk and his crew are welcome back any time. If you have the chance to host them, consider yourself lucky! Go Hokies!

Cold April weekend

We had a restful cozy long weekend and enjoyed every local restaurant in town. By Sunday afternoon the weather warmed up enough to enjoy the green golf cart and we had everything we needed for a happy stay!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Key Lime cottage. The house was really nice with good indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was stocked well for the small amount of cooking we did. Location is fantastic. As a bonus we watched a small family of House Finches who had nested in the front door wreath.

Perfect Cape Charles Experience

We loved the Key Lime Cottage. It had everything we needed, kayaks, golf cart, bikes! Excellent location- close to beach, central park (pickle ball court, soccer fields, and playground) and "downtown" CC which has restaurants, shops, distillery, etc. We would love to stay again!

Slice of Heaven

Keylime Cottage was exactly as advertised. It was close to the beach with all the necessary amenities without all the packing. Adam was an excellent host and we will rent/recommend the property again! Cape Charles is the perfect get away!

Great House, Great Location

From the time we booked Key Lime Cottage until the time we checked out, everything went extremely smooth. The home is welcoming and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house is well furnished inside and includes many necessary beach items. Everyone enjoyed the stay at Cape Charles!

Week at Cape Charles

This was our fourth time to Cape Charles, but our first time at Key Lime. The house was great. The location was so close to the beach and having the golf cart to get to town was the best. We brought our 3 children with us and the house had so much to entertain them!

The Lime Cottage is the Best!

We had the most wonderful weekend at the Lime Cottage with our friends and their kids! Just a few blocks from the beach, it was so easy to walk down in the morning. The house was clean and well stocked, and we couldn’t have been happier!

This property is just a block and a half from the beach. You are walking distance to downtown and many restaurants(Kellys, The Shanty, AJ's (the newest in CC), DeadRise Pies, Hook at Harveys, Cravings, Coastal Baking Co., Ambrogia Caffe & more), & shopping. We offer 1 golf cart, 3 bikes, 2 kayaks, many beach chairs, and umbrellas. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Cape Charles!!!
