This beautiful 5 Star family friendly home has million dollar mountain, garden and ocean views. You can enjoy amazing sunsets and rainbows. Free local phone calls. The entrance is at the back along the palm trees going downstairs. It is your home away from home. The house is on a quiet cul de sac. It is located 10 minutes to the city. It is close to public transportation, Alldive water sports and hiking.

The house has air condition in the living room and master bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room and stand alone fans in every bedroom and the living room. The air conditioners may not be needed because of the cool mountain and sea breeze.

The kitchen has every amenities for cooking. The WIFI is strong. There are televisions in the living room and master bedroom. There are board games in the living room.

Mr. Jiseph was a gracious host. His only desire w as to ensure I and my family had a great stay.

Great stay would absolutely stay again. The AC was a great touch!!!

The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was in working order.

I liked the closeness to town and the easy access by bus. The property was really quiet and well equipped.

Spacious apartment with short drives to Roseau & Champagne Beach

The property worked out great for our family of four. Leonard was the perfect host, with outstanding communication; he answered our phone when our initial hotel fell through and was able to accommodate us three days earlier than our reservation and then gave us a walking tour of the area. Property is a short walk to the grocery store, Loubiere beach, and the minibus stop. Located between Champagne beach and Roseau.

Rental st Loubiere

Great area to enjoy a vacation. Stayed downstairs with four bedrooms. My wife and myself stayed in one room. My two adult sons had their own rooms and my wife use the other room for her office. Wifii was good but extra wifii extenders in the rooms would be better Two T.V that was great.. Washing machine was good but needs a little update, but it still did the job. Overall great place for the price especially if you have a group of friends. We were there for the month of may so in the evening we went outside to have some drinks etc.

Great Stay

We are very happy with our home away from home while vacationing in Dominica. Leonard was very responsive from the questions we had before we booked until the end of our stay. He helped with taxi arrangements from the airport to recommending a car rental service. We arrived at the house in the evening and there was fresh bread, cheese, juice, bananas and some snacks to tide us over until we went to the grocery store. It was a great welcome after a long day of travel! And the couple times we needed to reach out for help at the house, Leonard was very quick to respond and address our minor issues. We stayed as a family as 6 and we had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The veranda with the ocean view was our favorite spot in both the morning and evenings. We would definitely stay here again!!

A great neighborhood to stay for a genuine Dominica experience

We stayed in the downstairs unit in late June, and our arrival was just prior to tropical storm Bret. Leonard was easily reached via WhatsApp, and he always responded very quickly. Communication was excellent from booking all the way through our stay. Due to the approaching storm, we were allowed to check in quite early with no issues on the day of our arrival. The neighbors are very friendly; they checked on us several times during our stay, and they offered fresh fruit from their plants. The unit was quiet; the storm passed without us even hearing the wind. The only notable noise was the morning roosters, which has been common everywhere we’ve been in Dominica. We still slept great. The unit is exactly as pictured, no surprises. The AC works well, and several fans are also provided. There is electric heat for the shower, and adjusting the water flow will give you as hot of a shower as you’d like. The upstairs unit definitely has the prime sea view; if you stay in the lower unit, introduce yourself and make friends with your upstairs neighbors to get pictures off their balcony! Leonard is an attentive and friendly host, and a great resource for advice on local activities. If you want a genuine experience in Loubiere, this is a great place to stay.

From Roseau, drive south along the coast on Victoria Street for 12 minutes. You may also ask for directions to the village of Newtown and continue driving south. After the Anchorage Hotel and Dive Dominica you enter the village of Loubiere. Turn left after the 2nd. bridge going uphill. Make the 2nd. right at the big yellow house to go up the steep and narrow hill. Do not make a sharp right. Going uphill, make the 3rd right. It is the last yellow house on the right with the red roof. If you stop for directions, ask for the home of Mally Peltier Taxi operator on 5th Avenue in Madrelle. The house is across the street. Private parking spot is in front of the house.

Public transportation from the Ferry. Walk right from the ferry. Turn left at the bank and museum. The Loubiere bus stop is 5 minutes on the left across the Flamboyant Hotel. For the first time and for a few extra dollars, ask the driver to take you up to 5th Avenue, Madrelle. You may ask for the bus driver, Cyril, if he is available. Ask Cyril to take you to the home of Leonard Joseph.
