Great vacation

This resort has it all. Multiple pools, hot tubs, lazy river, splash park, plus essy beach access. Not to mention food, bar, music. We didnt have to leave the resort.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Carl was very informative and quickly responded with all my questions. Check in was easy, and check out was simple. We look forward to booking again for next summer. The condo was decorated so cute.

Wish there was better air flow in our room such as fans that we could have used being that even with ac it was so hot in the room.

2023 vacation

Upon arrival we notice that the toilet in the extra bathroom was broken. That was on Saturday. No one came to fix it until Wednesday of next week. I had to sweep and clean the sinks and tubs, kitchen myself. I contacted the owner several times. Not happy with experience at all.

Bonnie, I’m very surprised by your review. You called me on Sunday to report the toilet chain was broken. I called the plumber on Sunday, he came out on Monday. I agree you had an issue but it was addressed immediately and I refunded you the cleaning fee as a courtesy. I apologize for the broken toilet chain. I addressed the situation as soon as I was aware. It is difficult to have someone out the same day. Almost all of our reviews are 5 star so I regret you had a less than 5 star experience. I did all that is humanly possible to address any concerns. The cleaning company made a rare scheduling mistake and corrected it within 24 hrs. They also brought you extra paper products at your request over, above what people normally require. I’m very sorry your experience wasn’t what you had hoped for.

Great Location and Great for younger children

The location being away from hustle and bustle was nice. It was a gated community so it felt safe for our older kids to enjoy a little freedom around the property. There was no water park but was a great splash pad for our toddler. We had an issue with the property meeting cleanliness expectations but the owner rectified the situation after our complaint was made. Parking passes must be obtained at the gate and cost 5 per night for parking, which that had been disclosed. The indoor pool was not heated as it was listed. The property did have some fun extra features like an onsite ice cream truck and a beachside bar and grill. It was also nice to be able to bring a cooler down to the pool with kids snacks and drinks. Most resorts don’t allow coolers only what you buy from their snack shacks so that was a huge plus. The unit itself was in a good location for pools and parking and did have a water view from a large balcony but was about 3 buildings down from the ocean so a little bit of a walk. I do wish there had been tvs in both bedrooms, a roll away crib that was in the listing and ceiling fans but outside of that the unit had what we needed. Also at the time of our visit there was only dining seating for 5 not 6. Recommend bringing extra blankets, pillows, towels,toilet paper (fans if your hot natured) and a cart if you have a lot of stuff to take to the beach or down to the laundry facilities.

Just okay

When I arrived, I was disappointed that the unit didn’t appear to match the pictures as well as I’d anticipated. My only real issue with the unit was The floors… they had not been swept well at all and definitely hadn’t been mopped because my one year old’s feet were black after having just walked around the first 10 minutes. When I reached out with the owner, he responded that he contacted the after hours cleaning service and would inform me when they would be coming to clean the floors, but this never happened. The living room rug was covered in sand. The furniture and living room decor appeared to have been moved around very awkwardly so I’m not sure if the previous renters had rearranged things or if the cleaners had when they left. There was decor in random places on shelves and pushed into corners, etc. We just left everything the way it was when we entered. I would highly recommend them to thoroughly check the cleaning process of their unit because it is super disappointing to pay to stay somewhere and not feel comfortable enough sitting your baby on the floors

My apologies for the floor. We do everything possible to make our guest extremely comfortable. Our cleaning company did inform me they came out to make sure everything was properly cleaned.

Review

The resort was great for a family. Kids enjoyed tennis, volleyball, and use of the pools. Beach was clean and gorgeous. Condo had everything we needed.

Great place to stay!

The resort amenities are amazing, the beach restaurant/bar was great! Beach access and kids area, pools, etc…condo was taken care of and great oceanview room!
