This spacious and professionally decorated penthouse condo has the best views in the county. You will stay in the top 2 floors of the tallest building in Frisco. Wake up to amazing sunrise views over the Continental Divide and Lake Dillon.

Perfect for families, this spacious and professionally decorated 1600 sq ft condo has plenty of room to spread out. Lots of windows let in an abundance of natural light.

After a day of activities in Summit County, sit by the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the 75" smart TV, or soak in the outdoor hot tub. Each of the master bedrooms has new 55" smart TVs.

Two master suites with ensuite bathrooms. A bunk room with 4 twin beds. And a non-conforming sunroom/bonus room with a twin-sized day bed in it for naps.

All new stainless steel kitchen appliances installed in 2023.

What a great place to stay in Frisco! Conveniently located to grocery, Walmart, Starbucks. And the unit was well- stocked with nice dishes, all small appliances, nice thick towels and linens. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the great game selection.

Incredible views in a great location

The views of the lake and mountains are just beautiful! The condo is located close to several ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great stay!

Fabulous condo!!

What a beautiful place to stay!! The condo is excellently located to ski Copper. After a few minor check in issues, we had a fabulous stay. The view was amazing! We had to leave early because of the weather but the owners were super nice about it, I certainly hope we’ll be back!!

Perfect location

This property had the perfect location allowing us to easily ski/snowboard and several different mountains. We were close to food stores and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for 2 families. The garage was great for storing our equipment. The views from the living room were breathtaking. Was a very enjoyable holiday week for my family.

A nice place to stay

This is a nice place and we would stay here again. Well furnished and comfortable with great views from the deck. I could have been cleaner and it was difficult being on the 7th floor. The elevator is very slow. The property was very hot when we arrived, the heat had been turned on in August and it was 90+ degrees upon a late arrival. Probably a fluke situation but frustrating nonetheless. Location is good, just off the main road but still quiet.

Amazing Views

We absolutely loved our little mountain getaway. We hiked the 18 mile loop around Dillon reservoir. I loved that the bike trail was right out the back door! This made all our walks so convenient. The condo had everything that we needed to feel cozy for a few days. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Property!

First of all, the views cannot be beat! They are breathtaking! The condo was spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the locked closet in the shared garage was very convenient to keep our ski gear in. The owners were responsive and great to work with. Will definitely stay there again!

Great stay.

We stayed in Feb with family. Six in all. Nice condo with great space for two couples and kids. So convenient to everything with supermarkets and town nearby. We walked to town twice, visited the outlets and went skiing at Copper and Breck. Free Bus To Copper very close. House fully stocked. Communication with owners was beyond excellent before and during the stay. Condo was super clean, towels are plush. Everything was comfortable and excellent. View gorgeous to boot. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Views

We had a great stay and were very happy with the whole experience. The bunk room was perfect for our 2 girls. Everything supplied was very nice and made our week very comfortable. The views out at the lake and mountains were amazing!

We've rented a lot of condos, and this had the best kitchen equipment and all supplies for a great week. Perfect location and fabulous views. All smooth and clear for getting in 1st day. Thanks for a truly enjoyable week!

Highly Recommend

Property was as advertised, very well maintained and very clean. All of the comforts that you need for an extended stay, we were happy to be able to prepare meals in the unit for our family and found everything needed just as in your own kitchen. Location was chosen for it's proximity to multiple ski mountains and could not have worked better as we visited Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge all within 30 minutes with Vail and Beaver Creek being just slightly further away. Frisco is a great location and a great little town. Owners communication was perfect and everything met our expectations including very comfortable beds and high quality towels and sheets. Much appreciated!

Frisco Winter Trip Home

A great location within easy driving distance to Copper Mountain, where we skied with our family all week. We were also able to take advantage of being so close to the local sledding hill at Frisco Adventure Park, as the owners were nice enough to leave some sleds in the garage for use! Also, right out the back door was lots of open space with fresh snow to hike & play in. There were space heaters & fans to help control the temperature in the smaller bedrooms. The condo was clean & well maintained. Only request would be to have a few more cozy blankets, as the bunkbeds have very thin comforters. Thanks for a great stay!

CONVENIENT, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and the VIEWSSS

My friends/family and I stayed here for a week long ski trip. First of all, the location of this unit was extremely convenient, from everything we needed from the area (groceries, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.), to only being a 15 min drive to Loveland. Secondly, the place was super clean and spacious, had everything we needed, and the garage access was nice too. And the views! Sheeeesh. Communication was clear from check in to check out. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back if I can.

the towers

we have stayed at other units in the towers complex before because we love the location and views. this is our favorite unit we have stayed in so far. Check in was easy and the unit was neat clean and well stocked. we would definitely stay here again

We've been VRBO hosts since 1997. Our first listing, a 2-bedroom condo in Frisco, was VRBO #232. Now we own this amazing Penthouse condo in The Towers. We've figured out over the years what families and groups want when they are looking for the perfect place to stay. We always feel spoiled when we get the chance to go to Frisco and stay in a true penthouse condo with stunning views of the mountains and lake. It can be very therapeutic to sit in the living room and just gaze out of the windows. Although we live in Colorado Springs, we feel like Frisco locals. We enjoy helping our guests find the best experiences for them.

Views, views, views. Spacious, open and bright floor plan. Lots of windows. Oversized garage. Elevator. Quiet building and neighborhood. Nicely positioned in Frisco for restaurants, shopping and freeway access. Central to 4 popular ski resorts.
