We had a great stay at this property. Very quiet location and overall in the house, itself was quiet. We were four women on a girls trip and we had completely privacy in each of our rooms. Beautiful location. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but the property manager was very responsive and took care of anything right away, 24/7. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Management company was very responsive. It was quiet and close to the gondola. The mattress on the second floor, smaller bedroom was too soft. We wish there was recycling. It was great to have a hot tub.

Great house!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved it! It was my husband and I, my parents, and my father-in-law. It's the perfect spot and the house was really nice! Our dogs loved it too!

We had an amazing vacation here! The house looks as nice as advertised, was well equipped and comfortable, and has an amazing view. It’s also well located, with easy access to free transportation. Avant was also very responsive and helpful.

Perfect!

We always stay here because it’s the ideal location for our dog (lots of space to run on the trail beside and behind the house). It’s always very clean and has everything we need.

Great spot

We were 4 couples and truly enjoyed this condo. Its location to the free gondolas was very convenient. The kitchen/living room space provided a comfortable space for hanging out. Hot tub was very nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide 2 more chairs for eating at the table, maybe 2 cushy folding chairs in the closet. We would definitely stay here again! And the Avant Stay team were extremely responsive to our questions!! Appreciated that!

Couldn’t Have been a better place!

Managing Company was quick on all responses. Easy in and easy out process. It was a ladies get away (4 couples) and this place fit all of us .... no one had a bad room! All 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom! Views are awesome! Close to everything! We can’t wait to return.

Perfect Spot!

This is an ideal location, as we were able to ski in and ski out with ease. There is also a nice walking trail that you can easily access; turning one way takes you straight to the market and turning the other way takes you straight to the village core. Plus, we brough our dog along, and there is a wide groomed trail up through the trees that he loved running every day. The home itself was exactly as advertised, had plenty of space, and was very clean and well stocked. We'll definitely be back!

Incredible home

Only here for 2 nights, but we all wish it could have been longer. Absolutely terrific property. Easy walk to Market and Gondola, and elsewhere all over the area, right from the front door! Only small negative was my wife felt the master bathroom lighting was a little dark. Fantastic kitchen which we used with groceries from the Market (first rate selection, BTW). We would stay here again in a heartbeat of back in Telluride.

Epic Spot in Mountain Village

When they say ski in, ski out, they mean it. Walk out the door and clip in to get after it. Couldn't have been a better spot for our guys' trip to Telluride. Quiet spot, right off the slopes, perfect for our group to be able to have a nice place to come home to but also close enough to all the action in town (via the gondola). 10/10 recommend staying here for your group. Would be an awesome house for 2-3 families or a group of 6 guys like we had. Book it!

Perfect Location

This unit is in the best location in this neighborhood for true ski in / ski out. Just walk out the basement door and pop on the skis. For getting back there is a very short up hill walk that is needed, unless you can keep enough speed! Also easy to get to the market and mountain village. For both you walk along the ski slope for a few mins and then sidewalk. Under 10 mins and you’re at the market or mountain village!

July 4th Vacation

My family (husband + 3 Adult children and their friends/8 total) spent the week in Telluride. Location is great! Easy to walk to gondola and close to everything. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were all solved quickly via text to management. Would definitely stay again!

Moore Family Vacation

The property was everything we expected. How we had to find a second rental after our first rental was cancelled three days before our trip. Not a very professional way the process was handled.

I did not realize that Telluride was basically shut down after April 4. I think someone could have let us know before the booking.

Perfect Spring Skiing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient, ski in/ski out. Comfortable beds, great amenities to cook our meals, gorgeous location and views! Easy check in instructions and great responsiveness regarding questions such as ski rentals. Would stay again and highly recommend!
