With a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals. Enjoy al fresco dining, morning coffee, and sunset cocktails on the private, open-air balcony with enough seating for all. Relax in the comfy, living room sofa while catching up on your favorite show on the flatscreen TV or have a fun-filled game night.

Restaurants, mini golf, shopping are all within walking distance so leave the car parked. The Ocean City Beach Bus runs along Route 1 at a minimal cost and allows you to embark on farther adventures with all day unlimited boarding privileges. Have a blast, breathe in the salty air and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves.

This condo is located on the third floor and there is not an elevator in the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great stay, good location, you can see the ocean from the balcony, close to restaurants and Fenwick living. Our biggest issue was that there was only a Keurig and no real coffee maker, which was a pretty big bummer for us.

Ocean City Bike Week Stay

Loved the ocean view! Perfect spot to catch the bus while also having many parking spots both out back and out front. Would book again 😌

Excellent escape

TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer, close to good restaurants and fresh donuts! Beach is super close. We watched dolphins from the balcony.

Absolutely stunning rental!

Absolutely stunning rental! We came down for a girls weekend and there was so much space for everyone to get ready, relax, and have fun!! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms everyone was able to spread out and have their own space while we were getting ready to go out and go to bed! We were close to some amazing restaurants and the beach was never crowded. The deli was great for a beach day lunch and the donut shop across the street made for a perfect easy breakfast. The balcony in the morning was one of my favorite places, as we had a view of the ocean and a beautiful breeze. We absolutely loved this rental and would recommend it to any of our friends!! We can't wait to stay here again

Great location. Balcony is large but no privacy from the neighbors so their loud music and smoking kept us off at times. Property is pretty dinged up; lots of dings and small holes on the walls, ceiling stains, ill-fitting droppped ceiling tiles, etc. We didnt feel like the unit was well cleaned prior to our arrival, as there were hairs in lots of places, stains on furnitire, etc.

Nice for family

We enjoyed our stay with our family. Spacious living area and plenty of comfy beds. Wear and tear in spots but overall lovely decor. Air conditioning and appliances were great. Appreciate TVs in every room to keep kids entertained. Lots of steps to get up and down but good exercise, not for people with physical limitations as it’s on third floor. Short walk to beach. Ocean view from balcony was lovely.

Overall, our stay was a good one, but I doubt we would stay here again. The space was exactly what was described, it was enough space for our family of 7.The parking and beach access was great! We loved the location and ease to get onto the beach.Washer and dryer also came in handy.The downside.There were ceiling tiles missing in a few places and wet marks on the ceiling in places indicating a leak. The steps were pretty steep, but doable, but they were definitely something that would deter us from booking again. Not the actual steps, but the layout of them.

Nanny’s Dream was a Dream!

We stayed in Nanny’s dream for Memorial Day weekend. Check in was so easy we had all the things we needed towels linens. Etc. the place was very clean. Really nice new appliances and washer and dryer. The new air conditioning works so well we were chilly and I had to adjust the temperature. Our favorite part was sitting outside at their nice table on their deck, drinking coffee or having nighttime cocktails. My kids were very comfortable in the guestrooms, and the master had lots of room and dressers to put all our clothes. Great for families! We look forward to our next stay in nannies dream❤️

Not great

We have rented from Vacasa several times and we have always been satisfied with the quality of the rentals and the service. Unfortunately, this time was different. The location of the condo is great, and while we expected it to be small, we did not expect it to be so run down and in need of repair. When we arrived, the wifi didn’t work, the shower head in the master bathroom wasn’t screwed in properly, the faucet in the kitchen sink was falling off, and there was sand in the bed. To their credit, Vacasa sent a plumber right away, but it’s never fun to spend precious vacation time dealing with stuff like this.

Unit overpriced and Vacasa non-responsive!!

The unit can sleep 8 as it states and is set up nicely. Mirrors in the bathroom are hung too high. i am not the tallest person, but at 5', i could only see the top of my forehead in the mirror. Building was quiet overall. Two VACASA complaints - 1) outlet in the master bedroom for the TV was not working and we couldn't get into the WIFI. We called VACASA on the first day for both issues and we never heard back on either one from them.

Never again

There were quite a few issues with this property. When we arrived the apartment felt warm. Initially thought the thermostat was just turned up. Turned it down, went out for a few hours. The AC wasn't working at all. Contacted the property manager, said they'd work on it. It was a horrible night. We had to move to a hotel because they wouldn't have anyone to fix it until our 3rd day there. The air filter was filthy, the shower curtains and curtains were dirty and stained, the bath rugs were sooo dirty. The utensil trays were dirty, old coffee was in the coffee maker, the dryer wasn't working propery and there weren't any washcloths. The stay was horrible.

Cute condo. Close to the beach.

We thought the condo was very cute with plenty of space for a good sized family. Short walk to a nice beach. Condo is on friendly block. Our problem was with the management company only following through on one issue of a smoke detector problem. We never received our parking passes and we never got a call back. Also told the management company some overlooked cleaning issues. I would rent this again. Just be aware that the steps up to the third floor are narrow and it’s really 4 flights of stairs to climb.
