This new 4BR/3BA retreat features 2,500 square feet of living space and a private hot tub in the backyard. Unwind by the fireplace, or host a pool tournament in the game lounge. New furnishings and fixtures blend mountain style with contemporary design. A balcony and back porch add to the appeal.

Your getaway is located steps from acres of forestland. Enjoy easy access to some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the area, as well as snowshoeing in the winter months. Two area ski resorts -- Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe - are 10-15 minutes away. You're also within close proximity to golfing.

LIVING AREA

Cathedral ceilings soar in the Great Room, where a gas fireplace sits center stage. Watch favorite shows on the smart TV while relaxing on comfy furniture. The game lounge features a pool table that converts to a Ping-Pong table, smart TV, and plenty of seating. A granite wet bar and mini-fridge make it easy to fix refreshing drinks. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, board games, a Pack 'n Play, beach chairs, and toys are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sleek kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and roomy French-door fridge. Four can perch at a breakfast bar lit with pendant lights. When your recipes are ready, serve home-cooked meals at a dining table for 10.

BED & BATH

Rest easy in the primary suite, outfitted with a smart TV. The en suite primary bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, plus a double vanity and water closet. The fourth bedroom has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The backyard features a bubbling hot tub and a covered back porch with seating for two. Find a dining table for six plus a gas grill on the balcony.

This two-story home is accessed via one flight of stairs at the entryway.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
