🪸 GOLF CART INCLUDED! Beach Cottage on the WEST END! Red Reef 🪸

Our cozy 1100 sq ft piece of paradise is located on the quiet west end of the beach. You'll have less traffic, more private beaches, and a warm inviting place to call home during your stay. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a flat screen TV, with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Our other bedrooms have a Queen sized bed and two twins. Red Reef will comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen is a great space for preparing a delicious meal, a quick snack, or heating up leftovers from your favorite PCB or 30A restaurant. Exterior security camera located on front of house.

IMPORTANT!! RED REEF WILL BE PROPERLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED BEFORE EACH GUEST ARRIVES.

Perfect spot for a fun get-away. We rented for a girls retirement trip and it was perfect. Super easy to get to the beach, use the golf cart and return to take a dip in the small pool. The beds are comfy, the home is clean and well-maintained and in a great spot for dining/shopping. The owners are SUPER and extremely quick to respond if needed. We will definitely be renting again.

Amazing Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was in a great location and just minutes from the beach! The golf cart was an added bonus. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the house was so clean! The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had. Thank you for making our first trip to Panama City Beach so enjoyable! We will definitely be back! Ho

Beautiful house!

Very nice house in great location. Having the golf cart was so nice to get to the beach and back. Holly was quick to answer any questions. Having the fenced in yard was great for our dog. We will definitely be back!

Short walk to the beach! Golf cart included!

Great little house. Best feature was the distance it was to the beach. Also having the golf cart was an added bonus. Not many dishes or utensils so we had to run the dishwasher a couple times a day but no biggee. Also the coffee maker was the pod type (only one cup at a time) not a drip maker so for making 4-6 cups in the morning it took a while. But overall easy, great experience. Would rent again.

Our 3 week stay was great! Perfect place for our dog with the fenced in back yard. Very clean, safe and great location. Golf cart was a bonus. Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly charming!

Perfectly charming cottage located on a quiet area right down the street from public beach access. This place was immaculately clean, fresh and well organized. The wonderful fenced in yard was great for the pets, and also had a cute seating area under an outdoor fan. The hosts were quick to respond to my reservation request and in all communication, which was very important since this was a last minute booking. Thoroughly enjoyed this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing. It was exactly what we needed.

Nice rental home

We had a nice time, the property matched the description, beautiful beach style themed home with front yard & back fenced yard, home has a cozy vibe inside an out.. We normally stay at a condo or hotel so only thing I wasn't used to was the outside critters , 🦎 Lizards but the added screen door helped. 😁🦎

Perfect Place for Family Vacation!

There's SO many great things about renting this house. The home was very welcoming, Clean, great layout, bonus having the outdoor shower & wading pool (my daughter enjoyed that). The owners were fabulous to work with, answered all my questions & were very helpful. We rented the golf cart, highly recommend renting - if you rent this house, it made getting to the beach with all our "stuff" much easier. And we took it out to explore the area :) Beach access 92 was the perfect area, quiet & very family friendly. The location was great being in the middle between Panama City & 30A. I would HIGHLY recommend & we will definitely rent again in the future.

The Sweetest Beach House! Decorated so delightfully!

Loved this house! It felt like a home away from home! One of my favorite rentals ever! The pool was a great addition for a cool dip after the beach! The golfcart was such a perfect addition to this amazing beach house! Would like to keep this one as a return rental. This could very well be the place that we frequent. Absolutely Loved it! Thank you for an amazing week! It was a lovely annual beach vacation!! Thank you again for sharing your beach house with us!! It was so lovely! Prefect little quiet golfcart community! Priced just right as well!
