Enjoy coastal living at its finest in this beautifully maintained second-floor end unit overlooking the pond in the desirable Plantations East community. This bright and airy, well-appointed condo features an open floor plan with spacious first-floor living and dining areas, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The cozy wraparound porch overlooks the pond and provides the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a busy day of outdoor activities.

The unit also features a private elevator, providing convenient access to the condo, as well as ceiling fans in the living room, enclosed porch, and all three bedrooms for added comfort and airflow throughout your stay.

Three bedrooms, all located on the second level, comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a King bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the enclosed porch. The additional two bedrooms include one with a Queen bed and another with two Double beds, and they share a full hall bathroom.
Tennis and Pickleball courts are located at the tennis center across the street and available to the public with applicable fees.

Take a stroll around the pond after a day of fun on the beach. Close proximity to Route 1, this property has easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, shopping, dining and numerous bike trails.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property is NOT pet friendly

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
