The Space:

Gruene's newest Resort Community boasting beautiful new condo's, private parking, only half of a mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.



This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Close to everything!

We had a very nice time at this condominium. Property was extremely clean, spacious and close to Gruene and New Braunfels. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet at night but close to downtown Gruene entertainment and shopping. The unit was very clean and comfortable beds. Great layout for 3 adult couples. Some construction next to the buildings, new one going in but no work in the evening or weekends. Will definitely stay here again using New Braunfels Escapes!

Super cute place, we’ll be back

Very clean, great layout and super comfy beds. Bring your own paper products (one ply provided) and ice (ice maker is super slow) but everything else was perfect

Family Vacation

Beautiful condo with ample space for our family. We enjoyed our visit to Gruene as well as a day at Sea World. Proximity to Gruene was fantastic! Would definitely stay at this location again.

Convenient & Cute!!!

We loved our recent stay at these beautiful condos. It was roomy, clean, and super cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to Gruene. The outdoor common area made for a great spot to sip our morning coffee. Access to a grill was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Girls getaway weekend

This was the perfect property for our group of 6 moms. It was so close to Gruene and the River. It was very spacious and clean! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean

My teen children and I stayed here to attend a family wedding. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. I was very impressed with the easy of check in and check out. If we ever visit again, we will certainly stay here again.

Wedding time

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed staying in Gruene its a great town! Our accommodations where perfect, exactly what the advertisement said it was. I would suggest these condos for sure!

Wonderful accommodations

We were there for 3 nights for a family wedding. The location was perfect 1/2 mile from the Gruene shops. The condo was very clean. Communication was very easy and fast. Our only complaint was there was no salt and pepper. We will definitely come again.

Good stay and we felt safe. The place was clean overall, but upon going to bed, we noticed quite a bit of hair on the pillows. Then noticed more in the grooves of the bed. Very very dusty fans and dresser tops. I realized that they allowed dogs so it would have been a mix of dog hair and human hair. Either way, it does need to be dusted and vacuumed on the sides of the beds.

Nice unit. Excellent bedding. The sofa sleeper should not be considered for sleeping - mattress very thin and uncomfortable due to springs. But other beds and bedding were marvelous. On call personnel very helpful with late night noisy neighbors. Would use this mgmt companys properties again.
