The spacious, open concept lets the kitchen to flow into the comfy living area, boasting a 65 inch HD Smart TV. Just a few steps further will take you to the first floor primary suite; with walk in closet, and full bathroom (complete with deep soaker tub).
Upstairs, you’ll find the second primary suite, two roomy queen bedrooms, and kids’ bunk room (with two twin beds, plus a full bed), as well as a full bathroom with another soaker tub. A full-size washer and dryer are also available at your disposal.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by us. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed (14) and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
