Dear Alonzo, Thank you so much for sharing your experience about your recent stay at Vitamin Sea. It is with great regret to learn that you thought our home was not as advertised. Please note that we take this comment very seriously. It is not only our duty but our core values to present the home in its true conditions with all its flaws and beauty. If an amenity is not working or not included in the vacation home, we do not advertise it in our listing. We never claim to be perfect, but we will accommodate in any ways we can to make things right. Upon your arrival, there were a few minor issues that could cause some inconveniences; for which we informed you and offered you a partial refund along with early check in and late check out. Unfortunately, we could not make you happy. We sincerely apologize for missing the mark.
