Accommodations & Amenities:

Bedrooms: First bedroom: a king-sized bed and a fold-out sleeper (sleeps 3). Second bedroom: a queen bed with a full trundle (sleeps 4). Third bedroom: a twin bunk bed, a full bed in the middle, and a twin trundle (sleeps 4).

Our home features a 55" TVs in the living room and a 43" TV in the master bedroom, and each other bedroom has a 24" TV.

The unit is on the 2nd floor, 12 short steps from the parking lot.

Our building is where the Sandusky biggest residential mural located! Please be sure to check it out!

Located in the vibrant DORA zone, our property is within walking distance to the ferry, and close to an array of charming shops, lively bars, and delightful restaurants. Make the most of the local scene and, when you're ready to leave, simply request a DORA cup from any participating venue. This allows you to continue enjoying your beverage as you stroll back to our welcoming property.

5 mins to Cedar Point -10 mins to Kalahari Resort - walking distant to the waterfront and the ferries. 10 mins to major shopping center and grocery.

We have total of 3 listings, roller coaster, sport and Hawaii beach themes. Please be sure to check all of them out.

The unit is equipped with a SmartLock. Once access is granted, you will be provided a system generated code for the duration of your stay.

We use all hypoallergenic products throughout the entire unit.

Equipped with external cameras to enable self check in and check out. Cameras will be recording 24/7.

The apartment on the 2nd floor, 12 steps from the parking garage. It is one of the eight units and it is in the city zone so while you enjoy the convenience of downtown life and walking distance from shops and restaurants, do expect sounds from the neighborhood and neighbors. Each floor has 2 units so there are spaces you will be sharing a wall with next door.

100% cleaning fee goes to the cleaners and we pay a living wage to our staff. We have 24/7 on site staff for anything you need.

Bonus an Level 2 EV charging station included in the parking lot reachable in unit #4 and two guest spots.

This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly)

Video Surveillance: The Property has outdoor security cameras. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, and injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.

The place was very clean. Great area of town. If I had to make one suggestion it would be about the shower. You have to get in to turn on the water and it’s a big step getting into the shower. If you had an elderly person, I think some sort of rail is needed. That is the only comment. The place was perfect for us.

We Loved Coaster Heaven

This place is the absolute perfect fit for those traveling to CP for the day or weekend! It’s convenient, close to everything, affordable, and super cute! The host was extremely helpful and communicated everything clearly ahead of time so all we did was follow directions and walk on in! We stayed for 1 night and were so happy to hit the bed after our busy day. We all slept great and Vivian had the best 12th birthday We will definitely stay here again!!

In walking distance to a beautiful water front that is dog on friendly. . Very convenient if going to Cedar Point. Mimi’s follow up to ensure things met our needs was excellent. Very clean property. Plenty of places to walk our dog.

A fun themed perfect place to stay

The drive to the apartment complex was a pleasant one and it’s located in a nice area. The roller coaster theme was really cool and my whole family was impressed! The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Prefect perfect perfect! Great and easy communication with host.

Volleyball

We made the trip for a volleyball tournament at the Cedar Point sports facility. Plenty of beds for everyone and they were comfortable. Thankfully we did bring a few extra heavy blankets with us because it was a pretty cold night. Mimi’s communication was great though and much appreciated. Would stay there again for sure.

In twin for a dance competition

Property was clean and there were so many thoughtful things above and beyond many VBRO-coffee creamer makeup wipes mouthwash laundry soap. Cleaning supplies Kleenex toilet paper Everything you would normally have to buy when u get here. We had a pleasant stay for sure.

Cedar Point Overnight Stay

We are from CLE and did the park on one day and the water park the next. We didn’t want to drive home, and we found Mimi’s property! I am a stickler for cleanliness and this was TOP NOTCH! There was plenty of space for all of us (3 adults and 3 kids) and the property was so cute. My girls loved all the games, especially the buttons they got as a prize. The complimentary toiletries were such a nice touch, as well! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

I love being a hostess in the beautiful city of Sandusky, which is voted the best coastal small town. I designed this oasis for you to enjoy it to its fullest! I was raised in NYC and fell in love with my husband who was raised in Huron, Ohio. We came to Sandusky every summer and I fell in love with the magical town. In addition to a host, I lead a Media team in a mid-size firm working remotely. We have a 16 years old, they love Star Wars and is super talented in creating digital art. We split our time between Ohio and NYC.

Three bedrooms. One with a King size bed can accommodate two people; another with a Queen size bed with a full size trundle accommodating four people, another bedroom with a twin bunk, pull out King size bed and a twin trundle, sleeps 4. Finally living room with a Queen sofa bed can accommodate 2.
