Quaint apartment in Lenzerheide with fireplace and beautiful panoramic views

Cozy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment on 2 levels for up to 5 guests – ideal for a relaxing family vacation!

In addition to the two bedrooms – one room with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom (shower + WC), and one room with a bunk bed and a single bed adjoining a second bathroom (bathtub + WC) – the apartment also features a kitchen and a spacious living and dining area designed in the traditional Grisons “sgraffito style,” complete with a rustic dining nook and an original fireplace, the heart of this living level. From this area, you have direct access to the private terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the “Lenzerhorn,” the mountain after which the village, located just a 10-minute walk away, is named.

A private parking space* is reserved for you in the building’s underground garage (maximum entrance height: 2 m). There is also space to store your skis during your stay. You can put on your skis directly in front of the house and reach the “Tgantieni” chairlift in just a few turns, giving you excellent access to the entire ski area!

Bed linen and towels can be booked on request for an additional charge of CHF 25 per person.

The mandatory tourist tax of CHF 4.50 per person/day (for guests aged 18 and over) is to be paid to the landlord, who will settle it with the local tourism office.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.

* Please note that this parking space may only be used for passenger cars. Vehicles such as minibuses, campers, motorhomes, and similar vehicles may only be parked in front of the garage temporarily for loading and unloading. Otherwise, please use the Scalottas parking lot approximately 300 m away (subject to a fee).
