Kirsebær kabinet, kvarts tællere, børstet nikkel inventar, alle fliser, ingen gulvtæppet. 32 "LCD-TV i stuen. Trådløst internet til rådighed uden ekstra beregning. Ny vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og aircondition enheder. Overser gårdhave med semi-privat gas grill. To pools, boblebad og gas grill på ejendomme. Tennis, svømning, snorkling. Gå til nærliggende restauranter til morgenmad, frokost, middag og natteliv.

Perfect distance from the beach. Short walk, and if you forgot something, only a few minutes to go back and get it. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.The kitchen was very well stocked. Did not have everything we needed to cook a meal. Property is very clean, and well managed.Mary responded to any questions, very promptly, and was excellent to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our stay! 2 couples - each with their own king suite. The condo was beautiful- perfect for eating in (had all the kitchen amenities), or walk to many restaurants.Steps away from Kam II (best beach in my opinion), or steps from the pool/hottub and bbq.Would HIGHLY recommend and plan to return.

We loved staying here! Our host had a beautiful place for us to stay. We were able to text them and they responded quickly. Such a cute place to stay , very comfortable and right across the street from one of our favorite beaches. They offered umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards for us to use. We appreciated and used them every day. We will definitely book with this host again.

We enjoyed this second floor unit immensely! So convenient to the beach(es). Literally from front door to beach in 3 mins. Has everything you need as far as beach accessories, kitchen appliances and tools, comfortable bedding and towels, large showers and bathrooms, etc. The second bathroom is a little weird being accessible through the kitchen and cutting off the bedroom but it’s understandable given it’s two units combined into one larger unit. But it’s just something to be aware of depending on who you’re traveling with. We had two teenagers not of the same gender so it wasn’t as convenient for them. Food places nearby were so good. Moose McGillicuddy’s, the Cinnamon Roll Place, Maui Thai Bistro, all great! A mile or so down the road are Reefs ice cream food truck and tropical ice cream shop. Both great and really fresh. We did a really great excursion to Molokini and Turtle town which the Kīhei harbor was two minutes up the road which made an early 7am departure super smooth and easy. Highly recommend this condo unit. It definitely gave the fun island feel and the older town around it has everything you need. (Foodland a mile away).

Stay at Maui

Very nice appartment. Good condition, easy access. Close to the beach. Parking in front of the building. I would reconmend to have a car. There are things walking distance but if you want to explore the island or go for groceries it is usefull to have a car.

The property/trip was Amazing and as advertised!!

The condo was like being at home. We had everything needed to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We were able to make meals, had plenty of room, lots of closet space and drawers to unpack, a comfy king size bed, and even "My Pillows" (we have them at home and LOVED that we had them here). There were also beach chairs, mats, and an umbrella at the condo to take with us when we walked across the street to the beach. The evening sunsets were incredible and there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite places were S&Q's coffee shack, Da Kitchen, and Cafe O'Lei. As we were up early and made the most of every day, I was really impressed how quiet it was at night as we were able to open the doors to our lanai and listen to the ocean. The weather was better in Kihei with minimal rain. Overall, it was a perfect trip and the accommodations really made it worth the stay. As this was our first trip to Maui, it will not be our last. We are planning another one soon and will be sure and book this unit again. Everything was so very nice and well maintained and definitely exceeded our exceptions. A huge Thank You to Mary for everything and know we will be back soon!

Perfect

We spent six nights and enjoyed every moment. The two en suites separated by the living area was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you could want for cooking (indoors and out), eating and drinking. The condo was clean and very neat when we arrived, and we were happy to have the W/D combo. The Lanai was spacious and a great place to sit. Even though the condo is by the entrance drive, the trees provided privacy and a sense of seclusion. Being right across the street from the beach was absolutely the best. The beach also gave access to the beach path to the south for nice walks. The host, Mary, was absolutely responsive — as other reviews mention. I will pass on that when it comes to the AC, which the host controls, we discovered that she knows what is a proper temp for this climate. One couple in our party thought that the setting would be too high and asked for it to be put down in their bedroom — the next morning they requested it be put back. :-) So give it a chance, Hawaii is a very different climate. This condo doesn’t disappoint. We’d book here again, if we are lucky enough to return to this enchanted land.

Not worth half the price we paid. BEWARE - Do Not Rent, Unit is filthy.

So where should I start? How about right when we walked through the front door. We immediately smelled an awful smell that was beyond the normal musty smell that can be associated to homes in high humidity area. It was more of a smokey/chemical/moldy type smell. My guess is that someone let off one of the bug bombs that we found in the closet. We had to purchase air fresheners and stage them around the condo in order to mask the smell. I knew immediately that this condo was not being cared for and that we would be stuck with the odor for our week long stay. :-( We saw lots of ants in the kitchen and bathroom. (see videos) Once we made our way to the bedrooms my daughters noticed that there were stains on the bed spreads. Once the sheets were pulled back they noticed that those were dirty as well. We purchased laundry detergent as well as other cleaning supplies and began washing and cleaning things. Just what we wanted to do on our vacation. The faucet at the kitchen sink leaked. The counter tops, tables and chairs were filthy. (see photos) There is severe water damage in the main room beneath the AC and the back door. The window coverings have stains all over them. Several of the kitchen items are broken and in disarray including two broken blenders, one of which the blades are completely missing. There was significant mold, mildew and just plain dirt in the bathrooms and throughout the living area of the unit. More items to note: There are no fitted sheets and the sheets that were provided did not fit the beds which left you partially lying on the mattress The beds do not have headboards There are no sharp kitchen knives The pan handles for all the pans were loose and wobbly The WiFi did not work during our entire stay The furniture in the main living area have been painted and likely over a very dirty surface which is why it is flaking off. I communicated with the owner and she said she had visited the unit just four weeks prior in December and stated everything was fine then. It was clear that either she misrepresented her visit or her standards are significantly well below those of the average consumer. A picture is worth a thousand words. To those potential guests reading this review, please know that the above review from Don S. was an attempt to extort a free stay from me in exchange for his threat not to "write a bad review". His stay was from 1/4-1/11, but he only contacted me on 1/9, 48 hours before his departure, to let me know of his concerns. I immediately called him to let him know that the Aston hotels housekeeping staff would come to address his concerns, which is when he stated his veiled threat regarding writing a bad review. His comments have many false statements, which I won't go into detail here. My condo is booked a majority of the time, and I understand that there are issues that need to be attended to; however, I have been renting out two condos at the Maui Banyan since 2009 through VRBO and have never had a bad review from a guest like this! In fact, the guests that checked in right after he left booked for next year, even before they left! I have reported this fraudulent review to VRBO, but their policy is to post all reviews, regardless of accuracy. Frustrating, but I understand that they can't be in the position of trying to be fact-finders. I take pride in caring for my units and giving my guests the best experience possible at the best value. I welcome guest feedback so that I can improve and address anything that needs attention; I live 2,500 miles away from Maui and visit a couple of times a year. In the meantime, I have the professional housekeeping staff of Aston hotels clean between guests, and also have a handyman on the island to take care of any interim needs. Everything was great and the location couldn’t have been better. The only issues were we had to fix the toilet in one bathroom and the shower in the other I ended up plunging the water wasn’t going down:).

Comfy condo. Easy access to beaches.

I went to Maui with my husband and 2 children (15 and 10). We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Mary's condo was clean and cozy - it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay as well as the beaches. The only complaint I would say is that the property was doing construction during the day and it was loud, so it was difficult to get a nap in or rest, but other than that, I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks Mary.

Amazing Stay!!

My friends and I had the best time at Mary’s place. It is located so close to the beach and right down the street from very delicious places to eat. She provided a detailed list of activities to do and beaches to go to. The place was exactly how the pictures looked and was very comfortable. Check in process was easy. I definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location, right across the beach.

The condo itself is on the older side, but is good for its price, which is on the lower end in the area. The location simply cannot be beat, as we are situated right across the beach. The unit comes with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and snorkeling gears so we didn't have to bring any or rent ourselves. Ourselves. The only downside is that the AC is controlled by the owner so we have to reach out instead of adjusting ourselves. But the communication is always super fast, so that hasn't been an issue.

Joy and satisfaction are the first words that come to mind when describing this condo. We felt safe and comfortable at this place. Literally steps from one of the best beaches in Maul. The sunsets were simply spectacular. One does not get everything you needs on vacation, this place had everything. A clean home away from home, but in paradise.

I have been visiting Maui for over twenty years, and each time I find something new to discover about this beautiful island paradise. The waters are warm, blue and filled with beautiful tropical fish. I enjoy golfing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Walking to the nearby restaurants, including Fred's Mexican Cafe (my personal favorite fun-spot!) is a great way to enjoy a night out after a day of activities.
