154 Colonnade is an updated, newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo in Colonnade Club.

As you walk through the front door, you're greeted with an open-concept floor plan, with tile flooring that spans the common areas and tons of natural light. The fully remodeled kitchen feature granite counters, new cabinetry, pendent lighting over the kitchen bar, stainless and white appliances and a Keurig coffee maker.

The dining area, just past the kitchen, seats 4 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The living area is furnished with new, plush furniture. This room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private patio area. The patio has seating for 4 with sweeping golf course views.

The main bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and access to a renovated private bathroom with double sinks and a large, tiled tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. (*Starting in April 2025, the bed for this room will be a queen bed instead of two twins!)

Explore an array of Colonnade Club rentals - a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
