Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our covered deck overlooking the beautiful Ozarks and Ledgestone Golf Course! Access the deck directly from 1 of the bedrooms and the living room.

The Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, there is a door to access the covered deck. There is a full master bathroom attached. Has nice big tv with dish, and all the smart apps to access netfilx, hulu, and etc. Has a nice couch to snuggle up and read a book on!

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a full bed. Has a tv with dish, and all the smart apps to access netfilx, hulu, and etc.

Living room has a queen size bed pull out couch, with a memory foam topper. Has nice 65' inch tv to enjoy watching games on, movies, bring your game set to play on the tv, also has surround sound.

Located on Ledgestone Golf Course, a top 5 golf course in the Ozarks! Described by Golf Digest as a "masterpiece of mountain golf architecture"! Our 18-hole, par 71, championship course is tucked away amidst the Ozark Mountains, just minutes from downtown Branson. Ledgestone Country Club offers a challenging and rewarding golf experience that has won the praise of members, guests and visitors alike. A combination of strategy and consideration for natural design, this dramatic Tom Clark layout features distinct elevation changes that require accurate shot shaping and distance control.

Stonebridge is a gated resort with so many amenities that our guests get to enjoy. One of the 3 outdoor pools is an easy 1- 2 minute stroll from the condo. There are also picnic tables and outdoor grills located across from our parking lot. You can also enjoy a fitness center, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, volleyball sand court, basketball court, playgrounds, catch and release lake, Ledgestone Grill, and a Pro Shop all located in the Stonebridge Resort.

***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $35 per night pet fee.

YOU WILL NEED TO PAY $5 PER DAY PER VEHICLE FOR PARKING PAID AT THE GATE. We have discounted our nightly rates to accommodate for the parking fee.

Communication with the host was great. Accomodations were better than expected with new furnishings and plenty of the items we needed. This property is clean and in a quite area. They had also decorated for Christmas! We would stay here again!

In general, everything was very nice but:1. The info on how to open the door lock is confusing. One sentence says "Your access code is: and 4 PM The door lock won't work untill after your check-in time." We could not make the code work and had to call for help. Our Schlag locks work as soon as the code is put in and will relock after 30 seconds. This lock took about 10 seconds to work which might have caused us to think the code did not work at all.2. We sent several pictures of dirt/stuff to Brittany.3. We could not make the TVs work. Instructions would be nice for people who do not have DISH.

Convenient and comfortable

We had a great stay at this property. Place was clean, smelled great and had everything we needed in the kitchen to fix meals, even a crockpot. Very convenient to Silver Dollar City with easy access in and out. Got lucky and even met the couple that owns the unit. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Cleanness

We had a lot of cleanliness issues with the place we rented. It was the first time we experienced this. One of the guests tried to use the sofa bed in the living room, but it was full of cookies and smelled terrible. We found a stained quilt in the closet that we had to wash, and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The coffee makers in the place were not working and we needed to buy one, and there was also no toilet paper. Overall, our stay was not pleasant due to the lack of cleanliness in the apartment.

Great Place

The kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to where we wanted to visit. The pool areas were nice. The one time we had a question regarding our stay, the property manager answered quickly. We enjoyed our time here!

Locks changed code didn’t work

Only issue was locks were change so the code that was sent to me would not work. I called the owner and he quickly told me the new code and was able to get in. I feel this should of been sent when the locks were changed.

Perfect Memorial Weekend

We so liked the location- out of the heavy traffic in Branson proper, just minutes from Silver Dollar City. Refreshing to walk into the condo at the end of each busy day with its warm, lovely decor. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication with owner was speedy.

Par-Tee Retreat

Our first trip to Branson and it was great!! We could not have been more pleased with Par-Tee Retreat. The views were wonderful and the condo was warm and welcoming! What a beautiful space!

Clean & Comfy Unit, Hassle-free stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay with T&M Vacation Getaways. The unit was clean, well stocked and just as described in the booking. The whole process was hassle-free. The Par-Tee Retreat was a perfect choice for our family of 5. The gated community felt safe and was quiet. Close to all of the Branson attractions, but far enough off the strip to where heavy noise and traffic can be avoided if desired. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place, Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean. I usually sleep terrible on vacation but the master bed was great. The kitchen was well stocked. This is in a gated community. The community is quite large but not difficult to get around in. I really liked this property is out from Branson a little ways. In my opinion the perfect distance as you avoid the business of the strip but are not too far away to get someplace in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Nice amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, super close to Silver Dollar City. We could even see the fireworks from the balcony which was nice. We were grateful the condo had a pack n play as well as a high chair as we were traveling with small children. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo. This is a top floor condo if you have smaller kids the sound will travel easily to the floor below.

Perfect condo with excellent views and great community.

The condo was exactly like the pictures: tasteful and clean. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus for having family dinners in a home environment. My family really enjoyed our stay and loved the gated community it resides in. If you are looking for comfortable amenities while playing hard in Branson, this is the place for you.

Spring break 2023

Everything was great!! Next time we want to stay in one a little closer to the lake- we are hoping for a summer trip and to let our boys just go out back and fish when they want instead of having to drive to the lake ;) this place was exactly as pictured. Fully stocked! Nice balcony ! We loved the whirlpool bathtub ! Perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room !!
