Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA w/ Indoor & Outdoor Pool, Tennis & Racquet Ball Courts
This stylish and updated unit is ready to make this your best summer vacation yet. Beautifully decorated, you can't help relaxing. There is newer flooring and flat screen TVs. The full-size kitchen has updated cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, new countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi.
The complex features both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an indoor sauna. There is a tennis court and even a racquetball court! It is a terrific location for families that are participating in events at Northside Park as it is a quick drive or short walk away. On Sunday evenings, there is an event called "Sundaes at the Park" and features live music, free sundaes, and an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories of seeing fireworks on 4th of July!

It was a great place. The outside area was great and blocked you from the wind. The only thing that could have been better was there was a lot of little flies/gnats that came out of the drain, but I believe that is normal for any property if it’s not used regularly. We would definitely rent there again.

Thank you for the review! We are thrilled you liked the property and that the patio provided such a nice shelter from the wind. Thanks for the heads-up about the drain; we’ll get that sorted out right away. We look forward to your next visit!

We had a great long weekend at this Club Oceans Villa condo. The unit was very nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I loved that there were multiple beds in the second bedroom, and it was a great perk that towels and bedding were included. Only a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball on the courts! Dave and Rhonda were very responsive to any questions throughout the booking process and check-in was easy. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was close to the pool, and only a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place
Overall a great place and location to stay. The outside area was wonderful for the kids to play and eat. Interior was beautifully updated and the proximity to the shops and pool were a big plus for us.

This is our 2nd year staying here and it continues to be a great little place for our family. Everything you need for the beach and kitchen are supplied. There are games, puzzles and books for the kids as well which we always enjoy. There are indoor and outdoor pools and our favorite thing is that is a stones throw from the beach so you can walk right over! The owners are great with communication and everything is always easy.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. We're so glad you all enjoyed the condo and your stay, but we're sorry to hear about the ants. They're pretty common in Ocean City, especially following a bout of rain. We would have been happy to come over with some traps, which typically take care of the issue.
Take care~ Dave & Rhonda
