The Space:

This modern 680-square foot condo is equipped with everything you need for a short- or long-term stay. It’s located on the 2nd floor of a three floor building directly across the street from the Microsoft campus and a short walk to Goldsmith Neighborhood Park. With a separate bedroom and pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, this apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.



Kitchen and Dining

As you walk through the front door, you’ll enter the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and toaster oven. In addition, the cupboards are stocked with plates, glasses, and cutlery, so you can easily make all your meals at home.



The kitchen has an open bar/island (complete with bar seating), which looks directly over the dining area.

Living room

Past the kitchen and dining room is the living area. From the boho shag carpet to the modern abstract wall art, the living room is one of the coziest places in the house! Watch a movie on the big screen TV, relax with a good book, or catch up on emails while working from your personal desk. If you’re staying with kids or extra guests, the sofa can convert into a Queen-size bed.



The living room also has sliding glass doors that lead to a small balcony. There’s a small patio dining set where you can drink coffee or enjoy a breath of fresh air.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

You’ll have no problem catching a good night’s sleep in your spacious king-sized bedroom. Stylishly decorated with modern furniture and plush linens, the room is your quiet oasis in the middle of Bellevue. If you're visiting in the summer, a window AC unit for the bedroom is also available.



The bathroom is located off the living room and features a full shower/tub combo.

The Neighborhood:

This condo is centrally located next to the Redmond Microsoft Campus. Goldsmith Neighborhood Park is within walking distance and features a kid's playground, sports court, and walking trails.



Hop in the car and reach Bellevue Square in 7 minutes, Crossroads Shopping Center in 5 minutes, and Redmond Town Center in 5 minutes. The 520 Highway is also 1-minute away, which means you can be in downtown Seattle in under 20 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

1- Condo is on the 2nd floor so you will need to climb stairs

2- There is no in-unit washer/dryer. However, shared coin operated washer and dryer are available in the building.

3- For 30+ day stay, we may request to do a background check and sign additional lease.
