With accommodations for up to six guests, it’s the ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking sun, sand, and relaxation.
The first floor welcomes you with a living area designed for comfort and convenience. Unwind in the living room and enjoy a movie night after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for preparing anything from quick snacks to family dinners. Just off the kitchen area is an outdoor patio that offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book, with a community charcoal grill nearby for casual cookouts.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen bed. The full bathroom is conveniently located near both bedrooms, while the half-bath downstairs adds extra convenience for guests.
When you’re ready to explore, the best of Atlantic Beach is right at your doorstep. Head to The Circle for oceanfront dining, live music, and local shops, or to the beach to catch some rays, swimming, and shell collecting. After a day in the sun, settle in for a relaxed evening in your coastal getaway.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Great location that was a short walk to the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Amos Mosquitos was walkable. Bring or rent a bike.

A month in AB on the shoulder

This is a nice 2br condo 3 blocks from the beach. It was perfect for the 5 weeks we were in town waiting for our permanent place to be moved into.

Anchors away was conveniently located. Walking to the beach was a nice benefit. A handful of restaurants were within walking distance. We rented golf carts and it was nice having the wheels. The house was not super clean as I would expect it. There were hairs in the floor and in the bathroom. There was no dust pan so sweeping up sand was a real challenge. The front window shades were broken and torn, and a side table lamp in the back bedroom was broken. It wobbled and never would turn on. The beds were so hard and pillows so flat it was a very uncomfortable sleep. No hair dryer or extra beach items which could easily be stored or left in the laundry room. There was a tv in the living space and 1 bedroom, not both. The seats in the kitchen were stained. Outside they have a common grill and a rusty old picnic table. No outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The chairs outside were nice. Has a ton of potential, just really a budget beach place. I rent places in the mountains as a Host. Thanks for allowing us to stay, but we will try somewhere else next year.

We also appreciate you bringing the broken blinds and lamp to our attention. We will ensure these items are inspected and repaired or replaced as needed. Regarding the amenities, our listing accurately reflects what is provided. Beach equipment and a hair dryer are not listed as amenities, and we recommend a local rental company for beach gear. Additionally, the listing photos and description show that there is a television in the living room and one bedroom, and that the property does not include an outdoor shower. If this was just about location this would be a 5 star. The good is the location, there is a washer/dryer, and the communication was excellent. We stayed for 5 days with 4 people. The needs improvement, the kitchen was stocked with plastic kids plates, not enough for snacks and a meal. They gave enough dishwasher detergent for only two washers and wanted everything put away clean, we did a lot of handwashing due to this. They gave us 4 rolls of TP for the entire time we were there, we ended up buying our own. Also had to buy our own laundry soap. We used the washer and dryer daily as they had no place to hang the beach towels once you finished, and again enough detergent for two loads. Also, the house lacks any family items like games or a basket of things to do at the beach, and beach towels(make sure to bring your own). This isn’t the home owner who needs to supply all of these items, but at other VRBOs I’ve stayed at the owner always made sure to have these items, especially the beach towels. We ended up buying those and left them in NC as we flew in on a plane with limited space. Depending on who is staying in the other unit, parking is tight, there were nights that we didn’t get to park in front of the condo due to the spaces being taken. If you want a No frills place with furniture that isn’t real comfortable, but great location and clean this is the place. Again, the location was absolutely great.

Had we known, we would have been happy to bring additional or replacement items to ensure you had everything you needed. As outlined in our property description, we provide a starter kit for each reservation. The kitchen starter kit includes a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, a sponge, two fragrance-free laundry pods, and one extra trash bag. Each full bathroom is stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and toilet paper. Once these starter supplies have been used, any additional items are the guest's responsibility to purchase for the remainder of their stay. Our listing also notes that beach towels and beach equipment are not provided. If guests are interested in renting beach equipment, our team is always happy to provide recommendations for local rental companies. We were also unaware of any parking concerns during your visit. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to assist and see if there was a way to help resolve the situation. Atlantic Beach

The property was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We were attending a wedding not far from there, so the location was perfect for us. A few more amenities would have really enhanced our stay, such as: hair dryer, hand towels in the powder room and kitchen, shampoo/conditioner, but more importantly, body wash.
