Beach chairs, buggy and grill were available at the property although vrbo description stated not available.Golf cart rental recommended if you have kids.Suggest having fishing poles available would be a nice bonus to use off the deck.

Great location

Our stay was great. We rented a golf cart which was nice to have driving to and from the beach. The beach is much closer than it seems in the photos! The house was nice and clean

Great family vacation house!

We had a great stay at this large, spacious, clean house. The house is older, but very clean, nicely decorated, and has lots of amenities. We had an issue with the stove top and they came out and fixed it asap. The golf cart was a great addition! We easily rented bikes and a kayak to use on the creek. I would definitely book this house if we return to the areas!

A keeper for our summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love that this house is on the inlet for fishing, etc. Would be nicer if there was a cover on dock forsun protection. House is very nice but some of the bedroom rugs have seen better days, need updating.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Down Time. The house was a short walk to a beach access which was great for our kids. We liked that there were plenty of towels provided and the kitchen was very well stocked. The driveway is large with plenty of room for multiple cars and room to park under the deck. The shower out front was great to rinse the sand off the kids and beach stuff. We had two families and grandparents and has plenty of space. We would stay here again.

We hope to welcome you back soon!

A Near Prefect Stay at Pawley's Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Downtime, everything worked and we had a great time. Be aware the bathrooms are Jack and Jill style. It was no problem for us. I would have liked to be able to use the upstairs porch more but it was unscreened, if I were to make a single recommendation that would be it.

Nice Place

Have stayed here twice. This visit noticed the stove top was very greasy, not cleaned. The refrigerator had spills not cleaned up. The bar stools were wobbly as to not feel comfortable sitting on them. The sectional in the den needs to be cleaned of stains. In general it is a very nice place but the deck furniture and seating, except for Pawleys chairs, needs to be addressed. The room downstairs has a very musty smell and bath needs updating. Would stay there again, but just giving my honest opinion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ — and not a word! You’ve officially left us with a mystery. 😂 With 17 reviews for this property on our website averaging 5 stars, we’d genuinely love to know what kept those last two stars from making the trip. If there was something we could have done better during your stay, we wish you’d let us know — we’re always happy to help! Until then, we’ll just be over here wondering what happened to ⭐️⭐️. 😉
