You know that feeling when you sit on a cruise ship looking out to sea with nothing but ocean in front of you? Imagine that same feeling but from your vacation rental in Salinas! The views from this condo are just fabulous from both the living room and master bedroom! The location has easy access to everything desired... Walk across the street to the beach, step outside for a cab, or stroll the neighborhood. 24x7 Security! Parking is free on the street in front of the building.
The space has two bedrooms that can fit 5 people comfortably (both air conditioned). There is free parking on the street along the Malecon. You will be within walking distance (5 mins) of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. A quick cab ride for $3 will take you to the mall! You have access to the most scenic beach across the road!
All our guests remark on the spectacular views from both the living room and MASTER BEDROOM.

We are from Carmel, Indiana (originally from Toronto, Ontario) and fell in love with Ecuador on our first visit several years ago! Salinas is where Ecuador goes to play at the beach and this is what really attracted us. We are dedicated to excellent customer service and provide services in both Spanish and English for all our guests. There are lots of places to go and see around Salinas so please don't hesitate to ask Cynthia any questions you may have!
Note that the neighbourhood of San Lorenzo gives you the best of all worlds: close enough to the action, across the road to a beautiful beach, and a quiet neighbourhood to rest and relax in the evening.

Absolutely fabulous views from both the living room and the master bedroom - you can see the Ecuadorian coast for miles either way. Both the living room and the master bedroom sport floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can always take in the view whether you need the air conditioning or not! Both bedrooms are air conditioned as well. You will be one set of stairs below the rooftop terrace where you can see for miles out to the ocean or into the city of Salinas and beyond.

Fabulous ocean front views from both the master bedtroom and living room. There is a beautiful ocean breeze typically throughout the unit because it is a corner unit on the top floor of the building (below the terrace). The master bedroom at the front of the unit is very uinique and difficult to find anywhere else.
