Bring the whole family! This charming cottage style home was built in 1909 and is ready for guests to create memories. Completely remodeled with the intention for guests to have family reunions here or to find a great place to stay while exploring the surrounding area and mountains. Kid, pet, and family friendly and lots of RV, trailer, ATV/UTV parking. Also EV-friendly with a Level 2 (40A) J1772 charger (w/ Tesla adapter) and NEMA 14-50 outlet (for your own portable EV charger) that can be used for $10/day. This historic home is an ideal basecamp for adventure groups or families!

Main level - 2 bedrooms (2 queens beds and 1 king bed), kitchen, laundry room, living room, family room, 2 bathrooms
2nd level - 1 bedroom (4 twin beds)
Basement - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 twin beds) laundry room, play/TV room.

Please note that the basement ceilings in some areas is slightly less than 6’2” tall so guests over 6'0” will need to duck.

Also, two bedrooms in the basement are connected. You need to go through one room to get to the other.

We ask that our guests start a load of towels, throw away trash, and start the dishwasher before leaving.

Pricing is based on number of guests so its important/required that you book for the appropriate number of guests that will be staying. You can also adjust the number if it changes.

Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. All pets must be declared at the time of booking through VRBO for proper pricing. Pets are not permitted on beds or bedding. You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pet bed to place on top. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the property at any time. Guests are responsible for removing all pet fur and hair from furniture prior to checkout. Excessive pet hair, damage, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges. There are two covered parking spots and around 5 uncovered parking spots. Enough space for one or two truck/trailers. The city of Manti does not allow campers to be used (slept in) while being parked at a short term rental property. There is a large field across the street that can fit several large truck/trailers. Because this property is my neighbors a trailer can be parked and used there. However the guest count must include those people staying in the RV/tent. Cost for the field parking is $25/vehicle. Parking at the house is all free.
