The property is a 2 minute walk from a public boat ramp. The launch fee is $5. The launch area has trailer parking. The property is located on a private road/dead end with very little traffic. It's safe for children to play in the yard without fear of fast moving vehicles. There are several gas stations and a grocery store nearby. Rock B Ranch is about 15 minutes away from our property.
