Adorable Coastal Cottage

Perfect Beach getaway

We stayed here for my best friend's bachelorette and it was abolutely perfect! Walking distance to everything you could need - the town, the beach, and the pool out back was such a great addition. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Siesta Key April Break

Property was clean, well appointed and great location close to the public beach access. It's also walking distance to several restaurants. Check-in was seamless & communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend & we'll definitely return for another school break with our family.

The house was as advertised and worked perfect for our family vacation. Host and property manager were pleasant and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

As soon as you step through the front door you feel at home. We thought the location was perfect, it's a quick walk to the beach, the market, restaurants and ice cream! Beach in the morning, lunch and fun by the pool in the afternoon!!! We also, rented The Cottage on the property which was great for your extra guests!! We loved this property...it made for a perfect family getaway!!!

Cute cottage in great location

We stayed here with our four young kids. The house was very clean when we arrived and the decor was perfect. Short walk to the beach access and close to the village. Pool landscaping provides a lot of privacy. The property managers were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Siesta Key Perfect Getaway

My family and I all enjoyed staying at this property while in Siesta Key!! Beach access was right across the street and could walk every day into the town right from the house. Perfect location and the backyard and pool was amazing, we were in the pool every day. The inside of the house was absolutely adorable and decorated perfect for a beach house stay. We would definitely stay at this rental again. Thank you Gina for everything!!

Excellent stay in a gorgeous home

Beautiful home in a great location in siesta key. Home very well supplied for both cooking and beach, pool set up was perfect for after beach wrap up of the day. The. Bikes were greatly appreciated. Decorating was very tasteful. Will definitely keep in mind to rent again

Perfect spot

Great house in walking distance (half mile) to shops and restaurants. Hosts allowed me to park my luggage because I accidentally ubered directly to the house from the airport, well ahead of schedule. My friend and I enjoyed the property immensely. The pool was great, even in late November. If I go back to Siesta Key, I will do whatever I can to stay here again.

Great virtual school get away

We loved our stay! The house was prefect for our family. Strong internet so two kids could do virtual school while two adults were working. The heated pool was awesome and felt very private. The location is perfect! Super close to the beach and walking distance to the village. They had everything we needed - pool toys and floats, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. We would highly recommend it!

A block from the beach!

This rental was wonderful. Located a block from the beach access 8 and a short walk to town. It had everything we needed to cook there, and enjoy a beach day as well. Coolers, beach chairs and the beach wagon made it easy to get everything to the beach. The pool area and tiki bar were awesome! Pool was heated to a very nice temperature for swimming in February and my grandsons did not want to get out. The house was stocked with basics and that was helpful! Thank you for a perfect vacation rental!

Best Place Ever

We had an amazing trip thanks to this VRBO. The whole process was easy, the house was clean, and Paige was SO easy to work with and contact. We were close to town and close to the beach as walking was not an issue! This place had everything we needed and more. The beach stuff was so nice to have! I would love to come back and hope to in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Diamond in the rough

Although surrounded by large homes and one under construction next door, this well appointed beach cottage is as described and was perfectly suited for our family with 3 boys under 12. The private pool, tiki bar, and outside grill was awesome for our birthday celebration. A short walk to the beach and village - it has everything you need for a wonderful experience at beautiful Siesta Key.

Great Beach House

House was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of shared space/ seating. Everyone loved the feel of the house..very beachy but comfortable. Had one issue but Paige was on top of it and had it corrected quickly. While there she filled us in on the history of the house which we much appreciated Very easy walk to the beach and to the village center. Would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely the Best!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband's 70th and our son's 40th birthdays. The house was immaculate, the pool lovely, and the short walk to the most beautiful beach was so close! Short walk to the Village, I could go on and on. We had a perfect vacation with our family. Thank you to Gina and Paige for the excellent communication and for providing everything we needed! We hope to be back some day!

Best House!

This house was top-notch: immaculately clean, cool, comfortably furnished, with plenty of space for our party of six. The pool and grounds were so clean and attractive, we didn’t even go to the beach one day. When we did go to the beach, though, we used the chairs, umbrellas, and wagon provided for our short, one-block walk over. I hope this place is available the next time we want to go to Siesta! We’ll definitely book it again… and again.

Absolutely loved the house!!! Even better than the pictures. A short walk to the village and to the beach!!! The landscaping around the pool was just beautiful and pool was great!! They had beach chairs, cooler and pool toys!!! Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels! Living room was very comfy! Property manager checked in via text to make sure everything was ok. Would rebook in a heartbeat!

Perfect Siesta Key family vacation

We had a wonderful week at Plaza de las Palmas. Every detail was perfect, every amentity was right at hand. The great room had a special warm beach home feel. The pool was amazingly landscaped for major privacy and offered a fun refuge on a couple of cloudy days as tropical storm Alberto blew by. This location had a great balance, close to beach paths and only a few blocks from Siesta Key village. The owners addressed a wifi issue quickly, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed for some major grilling action. The kids loved it as well as parents and grand parents. We can't wait to return.

Great for Family

We rented the house and cottage for a week and overall it was a great place to be on Siesta Key. The location is perfect as it’s so close to the beach and village but still private and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area as it had ample seating and the pool was spacious and clean. The interior was also very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook and entertain. The two large bedrooms are great for adults but the twin room was a little tight for adults (especially the bathroom) but would be ok for kids. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

Book Club Gals on Vacay

This property was 110% amazing for a larger group that likes a great central place to gather around. The great room was amazing and there was plenty of cozy seating for chatting, wine sipping and noshing. The pool area was extremely nice including the heated pool and lots of perks. Bikes, towels, plenty of everyday items you wouldn’t necessarily pack in your luggage. Close to the beach and we could walk to the village for great food and shopping. There is definitely a return trip on the horizon …😎 Plus Gina, the owner, made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment. We took a fantastic boat cruise too!

Amazing!

Everything about this property was perfect! You could eat off the floor it was so clean. The beds are super comfortable, the location is great, the amenities are many, the kitchen contains everything you could want, and I could go on and on! We would definitely book this lovely home again!
