This 4 bedroom 2 bath beach close home was recently furnished with beautiful brand new coastal decor - new beds, linens etc. Home has a private pool & spa and is a half mile to Strands beach with a private entry. Gated secure neighborhood boasts lots of fun amenities including a clubhouse with an olympic size pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, park with playground and a beautiful grassy bluff overlooking the ocean with picnic tables. Walking distance to the Ritz Carlton and Monarch Beach Resort, 1 mile to downtown Dana Point, walking distance to free trolleys heading to Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente. Guests will have full access to all Niguel Shores amenities, receive car barcodes for all entrance gates and key fobs for pool, beach and pedestrian gates.

Tucked away on a quiet low traffic street, relaxation and fun come easy. Cozy up around the fire table on the front pool deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the pool and spa. The living room also has a fireplace and two comfy couches – a relaxing place to enjoy a night in.

Every bedroom as well as the living and kitchen area have a new smart TV. House has strong wifi included, one bedroom has a desk for at home work or school.

30 day minimum stay includes one house cleaning mid-stay paid by owner, weekly gardener paid by owner and weekly pool maintenance paid by owner. Utilities - gas & electric - including pool heating are transferred to guest’s name and paid for by guest for the duration of their stay.

The Area:

Downtown Dana Point has dining, shopping and the harbor. Laguna Beach is 10 minutes north and has lots of fun restaurants and shopping, the famous Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Art festival in the summer, lots of art galleries and great walking and hiking trails.

Unlimited dining options in Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and San Clemente are a short drive up or down the coast.

Dana Point and Newport Beach harbors both offer ocean excursions for whale watching, fishing, boat rentals and sunset cruises.

Historic San Juan Capistrano is 20 min away and has historical culture such as the San Juan mission, shopping and dining.

Newport Beach for world-class shopping at South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island mall is 20 minutes north.

We welcome families and kids, but the home has not been child proofed and is more suitable to older children. We will provide a pack n play or highchair upon request.

Due to the private, serene nature of the community and the 24/7 security patrol, this home is most suitable for quieter groups and has a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise that bothers neighbors. Large parties or events are not allowed in the home.
