Yelapa - Loma Linda

About this space
Casa de Loma Linda is a new home in a dead end jungle canyon, 5 minutes from the beach. It was built in 2021 and is a 10 minute walk from the NE Yelapa Bay pier. The property is a 3 story home on the side of a hill. It boasts privacy, and a large deck that brings amazing sunrises and breath taking views day and night. Palm trees, Tescalamas, colorful flowers and birds and iguanas are only a few of the treasures of the property. Amazing hikes are right out the front door.
The space
The property has 3 levels. This primary listing is for levels 2 and 3 that accommodates sleeping for 10 people. If you would like to rent level 1 of the property, you can sleep an additional 2 guests. Please send me a direct message to inquire about rates and availability if you would like to add the first level to your stay.

Level 2 has a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, a bathroom with a large tub and amazing jungle view. A common area with table, chairs, twin bed and a large outdoor easterly facing deck with 1 king size and, ample seating for relaxing and entertaining; and a gas grill.

Level 3 has 3 fully enclosed bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fans, queen size beds, private bathrooms, sliding glass doors to a common deck that runs along the front of them. The master bedroom has an outdoor shower with a Tescalamas palm tree in it.

Level 1 is a fully equipped studio, with stove, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and queen size bed. The entire unit is mosquito netted in and has the same incredible easterly view into the jungle....again please send email inquiry if you would like rates and availability as this is not included in the normal quote for 10 guests.
Guest access
When renting levels 2 and 3 (Main House), you'll have access to those areas and the hillside down. Very soon the roof top terrance will be finished which will include a large palapa, with a king size hanging bed and a 8 person Jacuzzi will be available.

When arriving or leaving the house, you will walk through (or ride a quad taxi) through the beautiful Las Tescalamas Hostel complex; which is filled with bougainvilleas and tropical gardens.

Upon arrival, myself or one of our staff members will great you at the pier by Hotel Lagunita. I will contact you a couple days prior to find out if you are going to need help with luggage or if you and your guest are traveling lite. Additionally I will email you a copy of the house manual.
