3br / 2 bath plus loft has private woods /river views. See and hear an active brook as it flows by from your deck. Catch the sunrise out the kitchen window and finish days with sun sets through trees out the back slider. Comfortable accommodations for the entire family including a large sectional, loft with standing desk and futon with Wireless TVs in most rooms. A couple AC units and fans get it done for those hotter days.

Wonderful/comfortable/convenient

This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week New England trip. Our children loved it and it exceeded expectations for space and location right off the Kancamagus highway.

Our Vacation in Lincoln, NH.

Lincoln is our annual go to vacation spot. We were thrilled to stay at this property. The location was convenient, the home was comfy and fit us well! The owner was responsive to questions, and made the process easy. Looking forward to returning. BobD

Relaxation in the White Mountains

My family and I booked this property for our annual long weekend away in the mountains. It's conveniently located to all attractions/amenities and was more than comfortable for the 4 of us. We especially loved hearing the brook outside our windows at night! I emailed questions to the owner a few times before our stay and he was very quick to respond. We'd absolutely book this property again in the future!

Close to everything

This place was in a perfect location. Just minutes away from Clark’s, Lincoln downtown and many hiking trails. It was our base, and we drove to Mt. Washington Cog (45 min) and Conway (1 hr) from here (Kancamagus Highway was right there to hop on). The condo had supplies to get us started (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc), it was clean, perfect for a family and grandparents with the bedroom setup, and the beds were comfortable! We also enjoyed the 2 indoor pools, outdoor pool and hot tubs. Just what we wanted for a long weekend.

Will not repeat at this property

When we arrived, the cleaning crew was not notified we were coming and did not clean the place. All beds were slept in, dirty towels all over floor. Tried to contact owner and property management company. Owner took over an hour to reply (text only, would not call us). He explained it was his oversight and he would put is up in a hotel and send cleaning crew first thing next morning. Not feasible as there were 3 couples who did not want to be separated. We had to wash dry and fold all sheets to be able to sleep there. We asked for 1/2 of our stay back and and refund for essentials we needed (Toilet Paper and Laundry Detergent). We were given ~1/3 and told we could stay an extra night. We could not do that because we all had to return to work. We asked for the remainder of funds and radio silence on that. Never answered. Cleaning crew came around noon (not first thing) next day and cleaned but also took the towels and washcloths so we had no way to shower. We contacted manager and he said they could get out possibly that night or the next day. We never got the towels or wash cloths. The property was nice but the management was not one I would want to work with again.

Spacieux appartement bien localisé

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'unité de Tom. L'appartement est spacieux et bien divisé en paliers. L'unité est très bien équipée, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Si vous avez des enfants, ils apprécieront tout particulièrement tous les jouets et jeux qui sont à leur disposition, en plus d'une vaste vidéothèque pour les jours de pluie. Le site est très bien. Nous avons apprécié entendre le petit ruisseau qui coule derrière. Les installations du resort sont intéressantes : nous avons bien profité des piscines. Si vous louez cet appartement, soyez prêts à partager l'espace avec des objets personnels de la famille qui y séjourne l'hiver. Lors de notre séjour, une seule unité d'air climatisé était installée (celle qui se trouve dans le bureau avait été oubliée). Ceci devrait être maintenant réglé, car l'équipe d'entretien ménager assure aussi la maintenance de l'unité.
