The second level has two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen), a bonus room off the queen bedroom (with a twin daybed and twin trundle), an office space off the king bedroom, and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The top level has two additional bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen) and a full bathroom with an antique claw-foot tub/shower.
A balcony off the breakfast room on the main level overlooks a lovely courtyard below, and a full-size washer and dryer are located in the hallway on the upper level for guest use. The house has high-speed Internet and TVs in each bedroom for streaming. The living room TV also has cable. Note that this home has three levels so there are several staircases and no elevator. A dining area with seating for 4 opens to the courtyard.

The Carriage House sleeps 2 and is located directly behind the main house, separated by the courtyard. It features a one-bedroom apartment above a one-car garage. The apartment has a cozy living room with two comfy armchairs and a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a small bathroom with a tiled shower. A front porch with seating overlooks the courtyard and is an excellent spot for relaxing after a day of touring historic Savannah.
