Super sweet & stylish 2-bedroom with record player and lots of outdoor space

Enjoy being in the heart of Lo de Marcos, just steps from restaurants, cafes, the plaza and a four minute walk to the beach while feeling like you're in the countryside with your courtyard full of fruit trees, flowers, an expanse of green grass and hammocks. This freshly and lovingly renovated 50 year old traditional Mexican house has come alive with the owners love of colour and collection of art and objects from around the world.

In the spring of 2024 I built myself a small casita at the very back of the property behind the banana and guava trees. It is a big lot and you can’t even see my casita from Casa Clara so there is privacy for everyone.

It can also be rented as a 1 bedroom - just ask :) or search for 1 Bedroom Casa Clara

Tracy's casita is something out of a dreamy home styling magazine. The details of the space, colors, art, applicances leave you wanting nothing! The kind size bed was so very comfortable with cotton sheets and fluffy pillows *so good*, the bathroom had a fresh pitcher for water next to the sink that was both very beautiful and a thoughtful practical item for use, and the record player added a very homey and classic feel to our evenings. We were ready to move in at first glance. We spent most of our time lounging in the outdoor patio in the hammocks and on the built in benches with the friendly kitties. Highly recommend spending time in this quaint pueblito over the surrounding spots for a more laid back and serene experience. We enjoyed cooking and getting our drinks to go from across the way and enjoying the space together my friends and I over eating out. You really cannot beat the convenient location of this home. Not to mention some of the best shopping around, just in front, at Cosmic Milkshake, Tracy's darling tienda full of hand picked and designed items. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Tracy for your thoughtful and magical abilities gone into this memorable vacation. We hope to see you soon.Love,Marisa, Gavin, and Jennice

Garden Oasis

Tracey is a wonderful host, very helpful, check in was a breeeze. The place is immaculate and the Garden off the deck is so peaceful. 5 minutes to the beach. Love to come back.

Wonderful Stay!

Tracey has done an incredible job of curating a home that stands out from other rentals in the area. She has put in thought into each detail and piece of decor that go above and beyond. The location is excellent, both near the beach and in the mix of the town. Tracey is a thoughtful and kind host that makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this home!

I have lived in Sayulita since 2005 but fell in love with the tranquility of Lo de Marcos and so began the move over here. I bought this old Mexican house on the calle principal in 2019/2020 and renovated it in 2020/2021. The high slanted ceilings with the original brick were not touched but everything else is brand new. I live in Mexico all year round and love designing and building.

The location can't be beat! Right next door to a tienda, kitty-corner to the big plaza where the Saturday market takes place, with restaurants all at walking distance and the beach just a four minute stroll make this location perfecto, if you ask me :)

Feeling like you're surrounded by nature and flowers while being in the middle of the pueblo, close to all amenities. The two 1-bedroom units are side by side and each have a kitchen and a full bathroom so are totally independent - yet, right next to each other, so it makes for a great situation for guests who want their own space.

Visit my store website Cosmic Milkshake :) It's on the commercial side of the casa you're staying in. I carry colourful textiles and objects from Chiapas and Oaxaca, India, Morroco, and Turkey.
