Parking: This condo has a maximum of (2) vehicles. (1) pass is included with your stay, additional passes are $35 per vehicle per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Clean, Well Decorated, Beautiful, PERFECT

Boy we loved this place. This condo has everything we needed and it was so well decorated. Our whole family kept talking about how much we loved staying here. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place with lovely beach views. Easy beach access. Easy access to unit and bike trails. Would stay again. Great relaxing weekend.

The property is clean and well furnished and has a modern look(inside). I strongly recommend this condo to families as they have enough beds,couch,baby "crib",baby bathtub,baby chair for meals etc. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony(ocean front) I'll definitely book it again if I go to Hilton Head!

Great view!

Loved the boho theme. Comfy. Steps from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Relaxing and quiet.

We looked through several properties and loved the pictures of this property. The location was perfect, the ocean view was fantastic. The room itself was not as shown in the pictures or descriptions. The pictures must be from when the property was new, and the age of the property was very apparent. We couldn't enjoy the balcony because it was not maintained well, and very dirty. The indoor space was decorated well and clean, but it is very tiny. We didn't have room to open our suitcases in either room. My teenagers had to turn sideways to fit into the bathroom. Make sure you bring your own hand soap and paper towels. It says you have some to start, but we had none. We did know to bring toilet paper, but figured a starter pack of the others would be enough. Both bedrooms have windows that face the open air hallway and have lights outside them, making it very bright at night. The hallways and doors of the building are very old and rusted, making them difficult to open. The location to the beach was perfect, and we enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, but not as comfortable as we had hoped based off the descriptions and pictures.

She is a former television news anchor, weather anchor and entertainment reporter who worked for 10 years at NBC, FOX and ABC affiliates in both Charlotte, North Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. Jennifer retired from the TV News Business in 2011 to help her husband, Fabio Miotto, operate their rapidly growing Hardscapes, Screen Porch and eventually Pool business.
Jennifer is a fully licensed and bonded residential contractor and a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge and experience in both of these realms made the move to vacation property management a natural transition, as it combines two of the passions she is licensed and experienced in. In addition to this, Jennifer has carved a niche in the Hilton Head Vacation Property world by decorating and furnishing her homes with simple but modern and upscale design. Her properties have an endless amount of unique features like Lowcountry swing beds on the porch, over the top themed kids rooms (this feature is extremely rare on Hilton Head Island), Keurig Coffee Makers in the master bath and kitchen, beautiful duvets from West Elm, chic and modern pool and deck spaces that extend the homes interior into a luxurious outdoor retreat.
Jennifer and Fabio have grown and operated 3 very successful local businesses with A+ Angie's list ratings, hundreds of references, and now 100 percent 5-star reviews on their vacation properties. Almost every vacationer comments that this was the best home they had ever rented!
