Beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom family house with a private pool, just a short walk to a swimmable beach. Located in the Cabo Real development between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, which includes a golf course. Sleeps up to 11 guests. Enjoy the amazing back terrace with a pool and garden. You have access to the pool & restaurants of Hotel Zoetry, plus other communal pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. The development also features 24/7 security.

This luxurious home features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and enjoy the comforts of home. The highlight of the property is the private pool, where you can relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the house is conveniently located within walking distance to a beautiful swimmable beach, offering endless opportunities for fun and relaxation.



Nestled in the prestigious Cabo Real development, the house is just minutes away from the renowned Cabo Real golf course, making it an ideal destination for golf enthusiasts. The development also boasts tennis courts, ensuring that you have plenty of recreational options during your stay.



One of the unique features of staying at our property is the access to the amenities of Hotel Zoetry. Please take in consideration that the Hotel has its own fees for gym access and spa services.

The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the best private areas in Los Cabos, Cabo Real is between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. It’s a quiet development where you can enjoy a walk on the beach or a lunch at the Hotel´s Restaurant. Public transportation is 2 minutes away from the house but we do recommend to rent a car if you plan to go to town a few times.

Great modern large home for the family!

This house was very open, private, and relaxing. It was modern and comfortable for our three generation family. The kids loved the pool and the toys. It was large enough that we all had our own space to hang out. It was a good location between both towns and the resort right next to us had a restaurant and bar. The property manager, Regina, and crew were SO helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and met all our needs. She connected us with a great chef who produced a super dinner and also to a shuttle company who helped us all get around. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved it! Thank you!

Cabo Couples Trip

Overall we greatly enjoyed the property. The property is as depicted in the pictures, very clean, and seemingly new. There were lots of great amenities like pool floats, plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc which we enjoyed and were pleasantly surprised to find an ocean view from the house. We had 4 couples and having individual bathrooms for each was very nice. However, the double bed is the bottom of a bunk bed and really too small for two adults. The house is located within a hotel property which allowed us to utilize the hotel pool, beach access, and restaurants which we ended up doing frequently. All of the hotel staff is incredibly kind and the security guards were very helpful in getting our Ubers to our house which we ended up using frequently since the property is about 20 mins from Cabo San Lucas and 15 from San Jose del Cabo. The only real negatives were that a bad sulfur smell kept coming and going in the house. We weren't sure if this was related to the construction the hotel was doing or the water or this always happens. It would come and go for no apparent reason but when it came it was really really stinky. The air conditioning unit in the bunk bed room also dripped the whole time which was a little gross/annoying. Lastly, the pool was so warm that it almost wasn't refreshing but we used it anyway. All of that said, the benefits definitely outweighed the negatives. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property for any large group looking to have a space of their own but also be able to utilize the amenities of a resort.

Disrespectful property manager (Daniela)

Do not stay at this home. The Property manager (Daniela) is extremely disrespectful. The internet/cable/Netflix/Amazon does not work at all. The signal went in and out during our stay. So if u plan on watching any TV at this home just be advices that you will not be able to. The pool water temperature is hot. There is nothing refreshing about it. And at its deep end it I only about 5 feet deep max. During our dining experience with our amazing chef, the power shut off and the air conditioner systems and washer/dryers stopped working for the entire day. Instead of calling an electrician, Daniela tried to put the blame on us (the paying customers) and threaten to charge us $100 dollars to come out and fix the issue that was completely a property issue and was not our doing. Late the next day the electricians confirmed that it was the property electrical grid that was the problem not us. If you decide to use the groceries option, be aware they will buy large amounts of items from Costco or local bulk stores so that they can keep the unused items for themselves. Essentially you are shopping for them so be specific in the size/quantities that you want or else your bill will be $700 and all you will get is a whole lot of cheese, ham, bread, soda, 24 rolls of toilet paper, 24 rolls of paper towels and one small pack of chicken breast (just letting you know from experience). The cabinets in the kitchen are lose so try not to open them because again Daniela will try to put the blame on you and try to charge you for damage. In our case the chefs accidentally pulled off the cabinet door and we reported it to Daniela and she tried to charge us for damages. Also, the house cleaners do not do a good job cleaning and the whole house will smell like vinegar when they get done maybe they clean with only vinegar. The stove burners do not reach a hot enough temperature to boil a basic pot of water. All the pots and pans are small and have outlived their use. The outside garbage container is extremely small for the size of the house and it fills up in about 3 bags of trash then there is no where else to put the trash. The outdoor trampoline is ripped in half and is a danger to kids or anyone walking by. Daniela will get annoyed if you request any service or maintenance requests then please I’ll either charge you a few or ignore your calls/Texts or both. There is not enough towels for your stay so be ready to wash towels all day and night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mrs. Kendra, We are sorry that you had this “terrible” experience during your stay and we will consider your comments to improve our service, bad reviews always helps us to be better. Nonetheless, we are extremely happy that you won´t stay with us again. Daniela was never rude to any member of your family. She even went to the property 5 times because you didn’t knew how to use things like the TV or the A/C and was very patient while she showed you how they worked more than twice. You even made her go at 10:00 pm to turn on the A/C. Internet worked fine. You didn´t remember your Netflix password and that’s different. Daniela had to connect one of our personal accounts. The pool temperature…is a result from the sun´s heat. Unfortunately we can´t do anything about it. Electric problem…this is the only real problem you had, because you decided NOT to follow the rules and keep the A/C with windows and doors open during ALL your stay and yes, there was an electric overload at 10:00 PM, which Daniela addressed the same night with an electrician that couldn´t fix it but it was fixed the next morning. Regarding the $100 usd …that’s because before that, you made us go to the house for so many boloney issues, that to be honest, we thought you had broke down something again. We even gave you a re fund for this inconvenience. You DID send a groceries list WITH Qty and sizes and that’s exactly what you got. We have the email as proof and believe me, we don´t eat from the left overs, your comment is kind of racist. The kitchen cabinet doors where new and even if the Chefs broke them, they were under your responsibility. We didn´t charged you any cent for this. Trash disposal…you didn´t followed instructions again and we even guided your Father in Law to the place you had to put it in. We do not use vinegar to clean but we do follow up special procedures because of Covid 19 and products don´t smell like it. The stove works perfectly but we suspect you didn´t know how to use it. The trampoline is away from the house. We don´t have enough towels if you take 2 showers per day and want a clean towel per shower. You just needed to ask for more, normally 1 set works for our guests and we change them during the house keeping service in a stay. We do have all the emails, text messages and call records that you exchanged with us. We never disappeared and we did solved your problems. We truly thank you for your malicious stay and review, we have learned a lot. Best Regards.
