This rental is for ONE LARGE ROOMLarge space on second floor of this home. 400 sq Ft! Upstairs private to guests! Large private spaces with kitchenette
We are In the city, but you wouldn't guess it! Property is certified by Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat!
Considered one of the most beautiful areas of Indianapolis.
Prime Location in the city-Easy access to the major highlights.
Quiet park-like setting. Drive straight down beautiful Meridian St to downtown - no highway driving needed.
TCU Amphitheater White River, Butler University, Downtown. Northside -Shopping and Dining, Holliday Park! All within one to two mile radius.
Easy shot to Grand Park! (Right up Meridian St./Hwy 31, 8 miles)

Beautiful, sprawling 1.5 acres with nature, large trees, quiet tree lined streets to enjoy on long walks in this wooded area.
We have 2 very large rooms (close to 400 sq ft each) that make up the second floor, each for rent, separately. One full bath with tub and shower upstairs- it’s Private if only one room rented, shared if both are.
No one lives on second floor.
If you would like to book both rooms they are named Fox Knoll 1 and Fox Knoll 2.
There is also a listing called just ‘Woodland Hideaway at Fox Knoll’ which lists/rents the entire upstairs.
You would have entire second floor and almost 1000 sq feet of space.
Queen beds for 2 guests to each room, but if you have more people, message me and we can figure something out! We also have air mattresses.
Hardwood floors, large windows, queen beds, table / chairs or desk and chair -work space, ( small kitchenette upstairs with fridge, Keurig, microwave), wireless high speed internet, SmartTVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime included.
Quiet property makes for relaxing stay-and great for sleeping!
A favorite here is Outdoor space to sit and read or enjoy a drink under the trees. Corn Hole game, basketball hoop, Bocce Ball set.
Outdoor dining, bird feeding stations and fire pit.
This property is central to everything!

When they left the nest, we realized we have so much space for just us.
Our friends tell us It feels so relaxing and peaceful in our space and on our property, that we decided to share the natural beauty we get to enjoy, by being hosts.
We turned our second story into 2 huge private bedrooms (and a full bathroom). Kitchenette.
(No one lives upstairs, just for guests)
We love wildlife, and this property is awesome for the nature, bird watching and beauty all around.
There is plenty of outdoor areas guests have access to, to relax or play yard games, or enjoy a meal.
Corn hole, basketball hoop, badminton, bocce ball. Bird watching. You may see a fox or two, deer, raccoons, Bard owls, Great Horned owls and lots of squirrels and chipmunks!
We hope you love your stay, and the spacious, charming, quiet room you would be staying in.

We have a unique property, especially when you consider our proximity to all the great attractions in the city. We are centrally located, and check out all of the attractions within .5-8 miles around us!
Our neighborhood and location is considered one of the best in the city, and we are fortunate to have 1.5 acres that has been certified by the Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat. We are in the city limits, but once you get inside our neighborhood, you would never realize you are in a city area!!! Large trees, woods, quiet, wildlife.
