"Just Beachy" 2 Bedroom Condo at Maravilla near the beach

"Just Beachy" a beautifully upgraded condo has a chic beachy vibe. This bright and airy 1st floor corner location condo at Maravilla condominiums on the west end of the seawall, offers a large balcony with great views of the pool, the lagoon to the side and the ocean in the distance.

* SPECIAL LOW SEASON PRICING thru end of the year!

The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with king size bed in the large primary bedroom along with a twin folding bed (Simmons BeautySleep) . In the second bedroom is a queen size bed. Twin bunk beds in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a Hollywood style bathroom, with 2 separate toilets with sinks (one accessible from the primary bedroom and the other from the hallway) and an adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The condo has WIFI and access Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney + and Apple TV.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchenware you will need to prepare dinner or a just a little snack! Includes offee machine, Keurig air fryer, and toaster. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for added convenience along with some beach toys/towels and a couple of chairs.

NO PETS or Smoking allowed.

Onsite amenities: The complex is family-friendly & has 3 pools (one heated) & a hot tub. There is plenty of lounge space around the pools, along with BBQ pits and several picnic tables, and a covered gazebo by the main pool if you need a break from the sun! The fitness center located at the front of the complex with a nice view of the ocean (currently closed for renovation). Complex has elevators.

Nearby attractions: This condo is located on the Seawall just a short walk across from Babe's beach. Galveston Go Karts And Fun Center is located next door, where you can enjoy go-carts, an indoor arcade, and more! A short walk away you can enjoy Magic Carpet miniature golf, grab some food at Jimmy's on the Pier or do some fishing from the Fishing Pier. Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston and Moody Gardens ate located two miles away. Galveston Pleasure Pier is five miles and the historic Downtown and The Strand less that six miles away.

Parking: Parking passes are required. You must check-in with the front desk upon arrival to purchase parking passes and pick up pool access bands. Parking Rates are $10 per car per day plus sales tax and limited to 2 parking passes.

* Maravilla condominiums are continually making improvements and there is currently a construction project taking place on the front building of the complex, resulting in the reception/front office being relocated temporarily. This construction work does not effect the building this condo is located in.

Nice and clean. Washer was out which was a bummer, but other than that, excellent stay. The pools were very nice. Very convenient location.

The location of this condo on the seawall is great. It’s close to everything but not on top of everything where it’s super busy. The location of the room in the complex is perfect. One of the best spots in my opinion. It was perfect for my family of 6.The property has shopping carts you can use to bring in/out supplies and luggage, very handy!

Cute family unit

The complex doesn’t look nice from the outside, the parking is tough but the unit is clean and nice. Great correspondence from the property manager. The big pool area is very nice. We would stay again.

Great location

Overall a great experience! Location was perfect for our family right across the beach. The host was very commutative with how we checked in and checked out, and responds quickly to messages. Great view from balcony, we enjoyed the pools and hot tub with our littles. Will be looking to book again in the future!

Great condo!

Clean, great location, highly recommend. We had an issue with the AC when we first got there. Owner was very quick to respond and get it resolved! Loved our stay and would stay again!

Close to the beach

This condo was great for a vacation with the family. The two bedrooms were large and the bunk beds were great for our granddaughters. The unit was close to the beach and the pools in the complex. This unit was stocked for cooking vacation-type meals. I will try to book this unit for next year. There are many locations for dining from take out to sit down restaurants.

Great condo, perfect location

The condo was very clean and comfortable! Beds were comfy! Located close to restaurants and night life too! We enjoyed the pools on the property as well. Rachael was an excellent host and checked in to be sure we were doing well. She was easy to get in touch with and gave us the flexibility we asked for - which was very nice!

Perfect Condo

We loved this condo! We have never stayed at a condo that was fully stocked like this one. It literally had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Great host. Highly recommended. We will definitely be booking again when we visit Galveston.

The outside was not very nice. I was feeling very skeptical when we drove up and in the office, but the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable with clean linens. It was a nice place to sleep and shower.

If you can Get Past the Office

The construction out front and the condition of the office had me scared to see the unit. I was pleasantly surprised to find it lovely and just as represented in the add. The owner stayed in contact with us during our stay to ensure we were having a good time. The girls in our group loved the main pool.

Beautiful Unit

This is a beautiful unit and overlooks a pool with partial view of ocean. Your first thoughts when seeing the complex may make you question as needs some repairs and updates. But the unit and grounds are beautiful. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Owner checks in on you and is quick to respond.

Family friendly, relaxing weekend

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was as advertised. We went for Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and relaxing the entire complex was. The heated pool near us only ever had two or three families in it. The big resort pool in the middle was so much fun! The best thing for us was this part of Galveston seawall. We basically had a private beach! It's right across the street, but we chose to drive all of us up there and park early in the mornings. We went to the putt putt golf nearby and got sno cones. Ate dinner at Viet Cajun and highly recommend. The washer dryer in the unit were great to have. We cooked a few meals and ate out on the balcony. The kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom situation was great. The shower is shared by two restrooms, so people can alternate and get everyone ready quickly. We'll definitely add this to our saved list and hope to visit again soon!

This condo was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and attractive. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything from laundry detergent to toys and beach supplies. The Maravilla facilities were also clean and well maintained. The pools were thoroughly cleaned every morning.The condo is located just across Seawall Blvd from the beach. The beach itself is a small stretch of sand that is fairly narrow and has some large rocks scattered throughout, but it was still perfectly usable for relaxing, building sandcastles, and wading into the water. Crossing the Seawall was quick and easy in the mornings. By the afternoon, though, traffic picked up enough that it felt a bit like playing Frogger! It wasn't a big deal, just something to be aware of if you're making frequent trips back and forth.The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect property for a family vacay!

When we walked in and checked the property it was exactly as listed. It was beautifully decorated and felt very homey. The beds were very comfy and easily slept our party of 7. Rachael was super easy to get a hold of an answered any questions we had. I love the little extras that came with it like beach chairs, beach towels and toys! We have recommended this to friends and would defiiitely stay again!

Galveston Condo Stay

We enjoyed the weekend in Galveston, TX. Condo is conveniently located on the Seawall near other venues such as Go Carts and Miniature Golf. Property owner communicated well during our stay. Construction barricades and parking in the condo parking area was the only minor inconvenience.

Family getaway

My family of 8 - 5 adults & 3 children thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was quiet, clean, overlooking a pool, plenty of parking, the beds were extremely comfortable (I'm 59 and chose the bottom bunk), and had plenty of towels and kitchen funishings than we needed. The Keurig was a bonus!! The balcony is huge with lots of seats for enjoying the view of the pool and the gulf in the distance. Rachael Shaw was fast to respond to any questions we had and very helpful in the entire process. We look forward to coming back!!
