Amazing Via Parigi 2 with Balcony
Superb apartment just renovated, quiet and very bright! Large spaces for 4 people, large covered terrace, 24h concierge service, paid parking available in the building. 3 Smart TVs, full kitchen and living room with dining table. 2 steps from Piazza della Repubblica and 8 minutes walk from Termini, perfectly connected by Metro, Bus and Taxi.
The fantastic view of the National Roman Museum and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri from the 16th century is a plus not to be missed!
Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.
In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a sweet or continental breakfast which will be delivered directly to your apartment.

Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.
For reservations longer than 3 nights, a mid-stay cleaning with change of linen and towels will be charged. For reservations of 6 nights or more, two mid-stay cleanings per week will be charged, one with a change of linen and towels and one without.
