Welcome to Warm Brook Farm — a serene three-acre retreat in the heart of Southern Vermont. Surrounded by sweeping views of the Taconic Range and Green Mountains, this lovingly restored 18th-century farmhouse offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern comfort. Over 25 years of thoughtful renovation have created a space that feels both timeless and warmly inviting.
Step inside and you’ll find sun-lit rooms, crafted with care and styled with understated elegance. Every detail is designed for comfort — from the artful interiors to the seasonal touches that celebrate Vermont’s beauty year-round. Outside, an expansive screened patio overlooks award-winning perennial gardens, while hidden corners invite quiet moments of reflection.
Your stay includes a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with organic pantry staples, fresh eggs ( if avail), Vermont maple syrup, and locally roasted coffee. Plush bamboo linens ensure restful nights, while cozy spaces indoors and out encourage gathering, relaxing, and savoring your time away.
Unwind by the koi pond, soak under the stars in the six-person hot tub, or gather by the outdoor fireplace and firepit. For those who love to cook, the outdoor kitchen with dual propane grills makes alfresco dining a joy. In the winter, sled down the hill in the backyard. Sleds provided w/ Waiver.

My wife, Piper, and I live in Arlington, Vermont, on a historic 246-year-old reimagined former 70 acre dairy farm, tucked into the most heavenly of hollows. We have family roots in Southern Vermont and absolutely adore our tiny yet mighty town of Arlington. We adore our 3 dogs Jackson, Tucker & Stewart, our kitten Dixie Lou and eleven chickens. Collectively, with 30 years of hospitality experience we aim to provide a truly unique experience at Warm Brook Farm. We look forward to sharing our dream with visitors from around the globe. Warm Brook Farm is truly Quintessential Vermont.

Warm Brook farm is located in scenic Southern Vermont, with hiking, recreation, state parks, and skiing, all within just minutes of the property. In Southern Vermont, there are spectacular museums, numerous historical sites and plenty of activities for your entire family.
The farmhouse is a 15 minute drive to Bennington, a 10 minute drive to Manchester, and about 45 minutes to Williamstown, Massachusetts.
Indulge in locally sourced produce, artisanal cheeses, craft beers, and ciders at one of the area's many farm-to-table restaurants and breweries. Our favorite things include spending time outdoors at Battenkill Valley Outdoors or Lake Shaftsbury State Park, then heading to Brown's Brewing Company for a cold one.
We suggest making a pit stop at BRONWYN on Battenkill in Arlington for dinner, then going for ice cream at Arlington Dairy Bar.
