The house was perfect for our large group. The game room provided a lot of entertainment for the kids and adults. Coffee on the patio every morning was a hit too! Everyone in our group mentioned how comfortable the beds were. (The pillows not as comfortable). N

My family of 5 adults and 5 children (1-8 yrs) stayed here for 4 days. The house was clean, well decorated, and the game room was great. The pool was clean and the house was super stocked with dishes, pans, plates and silverware and kids dishes. We could not find any measuring cups, though. Also, I was told the coffee pot was 12 cup with filters but there was also a Keurig attached to it. The advertised "starter kit" was enough that we used only some of our own coffee, laundry soap and dishwasher pods. Communication was excellent-they responded within a half hour the two times I messaged them. One Queen room had low water pressure in shower; 4 out of 5 beds were reported comfortable; they were unable to tell me what beach items they had, but the inventory in the garage was extensive. Because we didn't know what was there, we brought things that we didn't need because there were 2 pack N plays, 2 high chairs, a large stand-up wagon, umbrellas and water toys. The only tub was in the Master upstairs (a problem if someone was resting). The advertised "500 steps" to the beach must have been from A1A, because even with the babies in the wagon, it took us 15 minutes to get there.The most frustrating thing about the house was the Kitchen faucet- it would turn off before rinsing even one dish. We finally figured out how to keep it on for a bit but instructions would have helped. Overall, a great place!

Awesome home

We loved this home. Easy walk to beach, enjoyed having two pool options, quiet town. Grocery store is around the corner making life easy. The home is stocked with quality kitchen items and the layout was ideal. We’ll be back!

Excellent

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property! Great location and easy walking distance to the River and the Ocean. The house was perfectly set up with adequate space/ammenities for our 3 families to enjoy! In addition to our own private pool, use of the community pool was amazing which we did not know we would have access to upon initially booking! We would absolutely rent here again.

The house was extremely clean, elegantly decorated, the beds were comfortable , the kitchen was very well equipped with an ample supply of everything needed. We liked the game room, toys and books for children. We were 3 generations, ages from 4 to 80 and everyone was comfortable. The manager of the property was extremely helpful when we had a slight issue with an appliance. The heating of the pool did not work but the manager promised to reimburse the payment for the heating. All in all a great place for a family gathering.

Location, location, location!

This property was great! Nice spacious home with beautiful decor. Proximity to the beach was absolutely fantastic! The homes are packed in rather tight in the neighborhood, but we knew that going into it. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if they had a grill and any pool toys and/or beach toys available for guests.

A month in Melbourne

The home was lovely, spacious and clearly set up to accommodate large family groups. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Enjoyed the home’s proximity to the Kennedy Space Center which is only about 50 miles away. We enjoyed seeing three rocket launches from the front yard of the house.

There are so many things. Where do I start? The house was amazing. However, I went with 3 handicapped people that stayed downstairs and many others. The furniture looked nice but was not comfortable. The rugs were nice also but the corners of the rugs were folded up and a hazzard in many rooms. So that was dangerous for all. The pool could use a handrail. There were used wash cloths from the previous renters still in the shower. Ickkkk. The dryer handle was broken and couldn't use the dryer. The way they do the garbage was not put in cans just a garden bin. The amount of flies in the house was almost 3X's more than people in the house. The plumbing is very bad upstairs sinks almost overflowing. I prefer air B&B and dealing directly with the host.This was my first and last time using Verbo. The ridiculousness of trying to get someone on the phone was insain. We had several cars and nobody could get in the gate all day long unless another renter let us in. We were given the wrong code several times. I called at least 10 times and was able to speak to someone about 5 times. I'm sorry we will not rent here again because of the customer service.

Amazing House and great location!

We loved this house and getting to spend quality time with friends and family. The listing talks about private beach but there is no access due to construction. This was disappointing since we wanted to see the sunset from that side. The game room was great for the kids to be entertained in the evenings while us adults cooked and relaxed. The kitchen was perfect for preparing and fixing meals for the 12 of us.

Regarding beach access, we believe that you assumed the entrance to the river was the entrance to the beach... the entrance to the beach is open (across the street) and the entrance to the river is the one that is closed and not ready to use yet. The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Little farther walk to beach that expected. Thrilled you provided beach gear. Wished there would of been a grill.Couple items. Griddle did not have drip drawer for grease. Upstairs bathroom by game room was slow to flush.

The house was AMAZING! The property management was not helpful. The garage doors didn’t work properly, one upstairs toilet ran continuously, the washer upstairs didn’t work. A handyman showed up 2 days after calling them & had said parts needed to be ordered for garage & washing machine.

Our overall stay was ok. The house had a few quirks, there were some things broken around the house - big things being dryer, garage door, water filter in fridge was almost a month overdue, and the largest burner on the stove didn’t work. They were able to resolve the dryer, garage door, and water filter but could not get the stove fixed which made cooking for 10 people tricky all week. The other issues were that initially, the communication was good between management and myself about these problems but I was not given notice when the men would come and fix the dryer. The pool seems like it gets cleaned every Friday, we were not made aware of this and the pool guy just appeared into the pool area without announcing himself. The pool needed to be cleaned or checked sooner than once a week especially if there’s going to be 10 people using it multiple times a day. The other problem was that the temperatures in the rooms upstairs were so different, some freezing and some stuffy and hot. We were told to close vents but that did not fix the situation.The house itself was very clean. There’s a lot of beach supplies that the rental company won’t tell you about because they don’t claim it so they aren’t responsible for it but we didn’t need to rent chairs or umbrellas during our stay because others had left some behind plus two carts to carry everything in. The beach access was great, the beach was great. We probably wouldn’t stay here again due to all of the quirks.

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. My suggestion for future travelers, don’t expect anything in the way of kitchen supplies. bring your own paper towels, we had one roll. Bring your own dishwasher pods, and bring your own trash bags.There were 12 of us for a six bedroom house for four days. we had three dishwasher pods and three trash bags. Just seemed a little cheap. I’ve experienced much better using Vrbo in the past. For what might have been two dollars more in cost to the host, We were left shaking our heads as to why they would be so cheap.
