We are minutes from Disney World/EPCOT theme parks and our home makes for the perfect location for all theme parks in the Orlando area. 😁
We try to strictly cater to Moms and Dads bringing their family to the parks for the first or second or even third or fourth time.
Our community only allows for short term vacationers, so we can provide a safe, peaceful and enjoyable vacation so you'll have some fun in the sun! Our community is gated and professionally landscaped and cleaned. (please see the fly through video)

Our home is clean, newly furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 2 en-suites with full beds.
Our kitchen features Brazilian Granite countertops and an exquisite Spanish dining table. There is also a dining table with 4 seats by the pool and 4 lounge chairs as well.
Central Air and Heat. This will be the easiest vacation you'll ever take!
We can offer information on excellent restaurants in varying price ranges that the locals go. We can offer information on all parks and great fun in Florida.

We take extreme pride in our home, it is our home as well as a vacation home.
We first went to Disney back in 1985 and haven't stopped. We love it and our family has grown up with Disney as a staple in the summertime. Our family of 6 gets some needed funding from our vacation rental as college expenses always go up. Our property was hand picked after looking and looking and looking some more. We are centrally located to all parks, the easiest location to find because we are at the crossroads of 192 and 27. (192 is the road to DisneyWorld).
So, we are minutes from Disney World/Epcot, about 30 minutes to Universal Studios or SeaWorld and about 30 minutes in the opposite direction to Legoland.
Not only do we have the best location, it is 5 minutes to the Supermarket, minutes to dozens of restaurants and the newly built hospital is directly across the highway.

High Grove is a vacation home community, there are no long term rentals so it maintains being a resort. There is a full clubhouse with workout room, billiard room, library, literature on every single thing to do in Orlando, a friendly staff, Olympic Size swimming pool, putt-putt golf and childrens play area. (all free) and coffee as well in the morning....
