Our home is a spacious home and is comfortable for a family of 6👍, we are rated for 8 persons. If you would like to ask if we are open for a specific date, please email.
We are minutes from Disney World/EPCOT theme parks and our home makes for the perfect location for all theme parks in the Orlando area. 😁
We try to strictly cater to Moms and Dads bringing their family to the parks for the first or second or even third or fourth time.
Our community only allows for short term vacationers, so we can provide a safe, peaceful and enjoyable vacation so you'll have some fun in the sun! Our community is gated and professionally landscaped and cleaned. (please see the fly through video)

Our home is clean, newly furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites, 2 en-suites with full beds.
Our kitchen features Brazilian Granite countertops and an exquisite Spanish dining table. There is also a dining table with 4 seats by the pool and 4 lounge chairs as well.
Central Air and Heat. This will be the easiest vacation you'll ever take!
We can offer information on excellent restaurants in varying price ranges that the locals go. We can offer information on all parks and great fun in Florida.

Great location, good home, lovely pool

After a rather Rocky start, because of poor communication, things started to move smoothly. The owner was very prompt after that and all issues were addressed with 100 percent satisfaction.. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Only issues we had were that the couch is either broken or poorly designed. Nobody could sit on it comfortably. When we arrived the patio door was off track and didn't work and because it wasn't our property, shouldn't have had to repair but we managed to get it on the track. The only issue with the door was that it wouldn't close all the way, so had to constantly go back after the children. Overall was a great stay. Family really enjoyed our stay and the area high grove is extremely safe and quiet.

Great Home

The property was in a wonderful neighborhood, great condition just as listed. The owners were the very best at getting right back to you with any situation and questions you have. Will definitely be booking again.

Great home great location and great host

House was amazing and just like it was in the pictures. Pool was great and they even had a Bluetooth light bulb where you can connect to it and play music from your phone. That was a nice surprise. The host was remarkable constantly staying in contact even though she was on a trip herself she made sure everything was good for us and that we had a worry free stay in which we did. I can't keep speak highly enough about her she's amazing. Choose her you won't regret it!!!

We take extreme pride in our home, it is our home as well as a vacation home.
We first went to Disney back in 1985 and haven't stopped. We love it and our family has grown up with Disney as a staple in the summertime. Our family of 6 gets some needed funding from our vacation rental as college expenses always go up. So, we hope you'll love your stay and know that you are helping our family with college expenses as well. Thank you so much ! John & Julie

Our property was hand picked after looking and looking and looking some more. We are centrally located to all parks, the easiest location to find because we are at the crossroads of 192 and 27. (192 is the road to DisneyWorld).
So, we are minutes from Disney World/Epcot, about 30 minutes to Universal Studios or SeaWorld and about 30 minutes in the opposite direction to Legoland.
Not only do we have the best location, it is 5 minutes to the Supermarket, minutes to dozens of restaurants and the newly built hospital is directly across the highway.

High Grove is a vacation home community, there are no long term rentals so it maintains being a resort. There is a full clubhouse with workout room, billiard room, library, literature on every single thing to do in Orlando, a friendly staff, Olympic Size swimming pool, putt-putt golf and childrens play area. (all free) and coffee as well in the morning....
