Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. We are located on the border of Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation. This is our family home and we are only renting to families and professionals who will respect our home. Take a quick drive to the beach and then come relax in the heated pool or under the Tiki Hut. The space
Welcome! =) This is our home and we wanted to share it with others. We designed our dream home just the way we wanted it! Our house is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. We have two seperate living room/seating areas. There are two couches and we can provide additional bedding such as an air mattress if needed. Our things and personal belongings will be in the home and we ask that you respect our property as it is our first home. Absolutely NO parties or people over the amount stated upon booking or you will be removed from the property and lose all money paid immediately. This is a family neighborhood. We love this beautiful house we made and know you will too. We are close to many beaches!

We are about 15 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from one of the largest outlet malls and surrounded by shops, parks, restaurants and bars. This home is child friendly. We have a pool fence and have spent the past few years baby proofing our home. We do have a pack&play and several other baby items if needed. Please request any additional items prior to your arrival. We have a park with a splash pad and several playgrounds all within a 5 minute walk. We have a tiki hut, games, heated pool and all the other amenities you would want in a home. We remodeled the entire home and almost everything is new. Please keep in mind homes built in this area do not have large bedrooms. The bedrooms are smaller with not a lot of storage. We will have drawers available for you to place some items in. The closet spaces will be occupied and we ask that you do not go in them. Some drawers and cabinets will be locked and we ask that they remained locked for our privacy. We designed this house to have two larger living room areas, and a open concept kitchen with a bar. Most of our time is spent in our backyard oasis in the pool or under the tiki hut/patio area. We are happy to share our home with you and hope you enjoy your time while here. Absolutely no subleasing. Absolutely no pets due to allergies. The pet cleaning fee will start at $500 if any animal is on the premise. We do have a renters agreement you will be required to sign prior to arrival, releasing us from liability.

We have everything in this home you will need to make your stay easy. Cooking supplies and condiments are available for your use. We want this to feel like your beach house when you stay here. There is a garage that will be off limits as this is our personal space. We do have a pool heater available upon your request and will be an additional 15$ daily if run. Please let us know in advance because this is done prior to your arrival.
