We have rented waterfront units at Key Colony Beach at least 7 times in the past 30 years and this was the BEST of them! The location on 3rd St is super convenient for ocean access and for walking to the Cabana Club. We spent the days snorkeling, paddle boarding, and fishing. Then took the boat out around the southern corner of KCB to watch sunsets from the water. The unit was very very clean and extremely well stocked. The master bed/bath suite is huge, as well as the 2nd bedroom which has 2 double beds and an adjoining bathroom. It was great having a screened porch to enjoy morning coffee in the shade and to safely stash our outdoor gear. The neighborhood is very quiet.The air conditioning worked great throughout the unit and we slept wonderfully with overhead fans in each bedroom. Each room has a TV and we were able to watch YouTube TV, which is our usual choice. We easily parked our 20' trailer and Sprinter van in front of the unit. A gated entry into the side/back yard provides privacy and security. The washer and dryer are full size and worked perfectly. The refrigerator was quite new and had a good ice maker. There is a bait/fish freezer outside, 2 bicycles (both rode fine) and 2 single person kayaks (back rest on 1 needs repair).Communication with the management at Key Colony Realty was excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental and we plan to come back to this same unit in the future! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable house with plenty of room to stretch out.Very convenient for ocean access.The screened patio could use a fan it got steamy when there was no breeze keeping us comfortable.

Great stay

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra towels and supplies. Caught lots of fish and saw a manatee in the canal.

Everything was great

We brought our boat down and the location was great for the water and by land. We road bikes to 4 different restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

3 best friends girls trip! Loved this house! Very clean, very cute and fresh inside, smelled great, all beds were very comfortable!!!, lovely screened in back porch, 4 beach chairs to enjoy back yard, picnic table, 2 kayaks were very fun on canal, the canal is amazing and we saw manatees 3 times! Sunrise hits roadside of house which allowed wonderful morning shade for coffee, palm trees provided shade during day, sunset hits back of house and sunsets are stunning!! One coffee pot machine and one Keurig machine. I’ve maker in refrigerator was very helpful. Has a nice little laundry room, washer and dryer are great. House layout is spacious. Fans in each room were amazing! Plenty of bedroom furniture for use and great closets for hanging clothes. Very convenient location close to everything. Approximately an hour to key largo and an hour to key west. Plenty of parking space. We absolutely enjoyed this home and would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Great spot on canal

We loved how well equipped the house was, it's great location on the canal (we caught many fish and saw a nurse shark and 2 manitees!), the Cabana Club with pool. It was a wonderful place to spend the week! Highly recommended

Great Key Colony Vacation Rental

Great vacation rental! Roomy house, located on the canal within walking distance of the Cabana Beach Club. Host provides a clean, well-stocked house to suit all your needs. The house is very comfortable and in a perfect location, that doesn't require a long drive to get a good meal or venture out for an outing. I'll definitely stay here again, if God-willing I make it to the Florida Keys for another vacation.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located in beautiful Key Colony Beach

This year my husband and I were fortunate enough to visit KCB for two full weeks. We decided to get a house instead of the condo we rented in previous years. This property was perfect for our stay. The house was roomy, well-stocked and clean. The location was perfect, on the canal with a nice sized screened-in porch that was perfect for sitting in the mornings, evening or anytime really. (An upgrade on the porch seating would be a significant improvement, but still nice all the same.) The rental included passes for The Cabana Club, a private beach resort within walking distance of the house. We spent many afternoons here enjoying the beach and pool. The staff was great and there’s a bar and great food. No outside food or drink, but they provide ice water. I could go on and on about all the things I love about staying in Key Colony Beach. I’ll definitely rent this property again, hopefully next year 💙

The Good Life

Both times I have stated what our trip was consisting of and they have picked a place to meet that every need. This unit accommodations was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were on a canal that met our boat needs and kayaking. The golf course was just around the corner and is perfect Island golfing.The boutiques provide wonderful shopping and we were located perfectly between Key West and Islamorada everything you need for a perfect vacation.

It was so well appointed with comfy beds, lots of extra blankets and towels and cozy beach decor. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The porch and outdoor space on the canal was so relaxing and we enjoyed just sitting outside and listening to the wind rustling through the palm trees. Overall the unit was so well maintained it made for a fabulous stay. My only complaint was the tv situation. I would suggest to the owners to invest in basic cable as the Roku tv viewing was inconvenient and hard to navigate. We hope to stay in this unit again next year!!

Great canal home in KCB. It is great to stay in a home that is very clean, well cared for and shows pride of ownership. House was very well prepared for our stay with everything we needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon.
