We enjoyed our stay here. It is close to all of the sights. The only complaint I have is that it is a basement apartment and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs. Other than that it is a great space and the outdoor area is wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit and the view is incredible!

We had a great time in Colorado Springs. The apartment was very convenient to Garden of the gods and local attractions. I thought the property was relatively clean. It did have a great backyard for our two dogs and that was great. The apartment did have air conditioning (as advertised) however it was a portable unit that worked great in the living room and kitchen. The bedroom had no AC. That being said we were comfortable. It’s a basement unit so it keeps a fairly cool. If I had a complaint it would be from the noise from upstairs. There was a fan provided in order to block out the noise and I also had a white noise machine. But you definitely could hear the footfalls starting around 5:30am.Overall we enjoyed the stay

Very cute. Impressively clean and a great spot for us to stay with our two dogs. We enjoyed having the fenced yard for them. Beautiful views and the hot tub was nice. Great communication also!

We loved this property so very much very nice neighborhood and clean. Was very comfortable and the owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. Love this and hot tub is clean and functional ❤️ will be booking here again

Amazing Views!!!

This was the perfect spot for us and our 2 dogs. Perfect location and the views are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The hot tub was very clean! Communication was top notch. We will be back to this one- we visit this area a few times a year.

Overall it was great. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because other tenants were in it when we wanted to use it, but otherwise great.

Great place - close to old Colorado city

I enjoyed the great fire pit and views. The inside was clean and the perfect size for two with a dog. Great communication from the host. I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, so keep that in mind if you’re a really light sleeper but I didn’t mind it at all. I liked how close it was to old Colorado city and downtown Colorado Springs.

The issues really made this trip more frustrating than it should have been. While we were out, a breaker must have blown. We had left things turned off. There were a lot of extension cords being used including one that was daisy chained to run the AC unit. When this breaker blew, it was the breaker the AC was on. We reached out immediately. I feel like the communication regarding the breaker was just the host kicking the can down the road until it was too late. We got a lot of “I will check with the technician” and pushing back the time it would be fixed. Host used both the Vrbo app and Text to communicate which was confusing. I have trouble believing that a technician came by to fix the problem and didn’t ensure it was fixed before they left. We were very explicit with what the issue was and what outlets were impacted. We then received communication on WiFi which we had not complained about. It was frustrating. We didn’t have access to bedroom outlets, living room outlets with TV and AC for most of our stay. I also think the quality of this Vrbo compared to others we have stayed in was subpar. The view was nice and as promised, which was the best part of the stay.

Beautiful location, needs better cleaners

Enjoyed the space but too small for family of four (ages 10 and 13). Need better cleaners, several deep cleaning issues. Space well decorated and amenities good. View and location was top notch. Not familiar with Colorado Springs so surprised by high quantity of homeless people. Hot tub was good, just didn’t realize it was a shared space at time of booking.

The unit was not in very good condition. We let the host know when we got there about the broken tv stand & light fixture not working (unfortunate after being surprised with a security deposit which is not made clear until AFTER booking is finalized). It’s also not super clear who you’re communicating with since Vrbo message says from “Kaitlyn” but then other messages are signed with other names (Lexi & Luke). The hot tub and yard space was nice to view the mountains but the hot tub was overly chlorinated. The unit wasn’t super clean and it would have been nice to have a light/lamp in the living/kitchen area. Otherwise nice to be close to manitou springs and garden of the gods, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed!

Winter Wonderland

My new Fiancée and I stayed here five days in December 2023 and it was great! Pictures are accurate but at the same time don't do the views justice. It happened to snow the first day we were here and it was gorgeous. Due to where the firepit is situated we had a good view of the wildlife that strolled by as well as the snow-topped mountains. Place is cozy and plenty big for us two. It is extremely close to all the main attractions, places to eat, and a grocery store if you need it. I would say the only downside was that the microwave was very small and didn't like to heat up properly, there is no bathroom trashcan, and upstairs neighbors were a bit easy to hear. All of these were so minute though. Would stay here again.

The host was accessible and very responsive. Having the ability to wake up, walk to the backyard and see the view of the mountains everyday was amazing.
