Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute drive by car. Nokomis Beach, Turtle Beach, and Venice Beach all short drives from condo.
Numerous shopping right outside gated community such as Costco, Starbucks, Target, and Kohls as well as numerous restaurants.
Pelican Cove has three clubhouses, small library, an exercise facility, five lighted tennis courts, six pools, one with a hot tub, private harbor and marina, kayak launch, fishing dock, and several decks with benches and lounge chairs on the bay. The community is within walking distance of two shopping centers and only ten minutes away from Siesta Key Beach, ranked #1 in the USA
