Sand & Stable is where the Country Kisses the Coast. Situated on an acre of land with many Live Oaks to provide shade, this 3 bedroom 2 full bath Navarre vacation home is perfect for a large or small family. There's plenty of room to bring your boat or RV too for an additional fee. Boat $10 and RV 20 per day. The back yard is completely fenced in and very private allowing you an escape from the crowds of the beach.. The swimming pool is also fenced to safe guard your precious little ones. A newly installed pool heat pump will ensure plenty of swim time for the Spring and Fall Breakers for an additional $25 per day. A large patio for an outdoor BBQ is just the right finale to an event filled or relaxing day in the Florida sun.

The house was amazing! It was super clean and we had plenty of room. We loved the pool and spent lots of time there as well as the nearby beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet which made for a relaxing vacation. The owner and property manager were easy to contact and responded quickly. Great place to stay!

Family Vacation!

This was by far our best vacation yet. This house has everything you need and more. From floats for the pool, corn hole, pickle ball, to so many beach towels! The pool was by far the best feature. My children loved swimming all hours of the day and night. The master bedroom has such a soft bed. And the tub in the master bathroom . A double headed shower. The beds in every room were so soft. Once you lay down you dont want to get back up. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. The ice maker was definitely a plus. The beach is about 8 minute drive. Less with no traffic. Communication with our host was easy. She was very quick to get back with us. She made our checking in and our process very easy. We recommend this place 20/10. We would 1000% book here again!On a side note, there is a air force training place about 15 miles up the road. So you may hear some loud booms. But youll hear it at the beach too. It didnt bother us at all. It was also only during week days at certain hours.

Wonderful home!

I can honestly say this was the best place we have stayed! They thought of everything from air fryer, crock pot, tons of cooking utensils, wide variety of plates & cups and even a first aid kit! The home and pool were clean and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful the matress in the master was! We are already looking at dates to book there again this season! It was a pleasure!

Spring break

Everything was clean, looked better than the pictures, my kids loved being able to swim in the heated pool. Short drive to Navarre Beach, and nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. Also a fan of the area not being overly built up. Cindy is also very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

More than 5 mins from the beach....

The place is great for large groups to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an air fryer, food processor and blender. We appreciated the puzzles and sea creature stuffed animals the kids could play with. Beds have a mattress topper that we found too soft and uncomfortable. Pool is very well maintained and our kids enjoyed it so much. There are many safety measures to prevent your child from accessing the pool Which we appreciated since we had a younger one just learning to swim. The house is a good 15 mins to the beach. Not a big deal but definitely not 5 minutes. I'm surprised this isn't mentioned in other reviews but every evening there is some military training drill going on and it literally sounds like WW3. This went on from about 7pm until after 10pm and sometimes in the morning but not as intense as the evening. I'm glad we brought a sound machine for our kids. My little one was still scared bc he could hear the firing sounds above the sound machine. We tried to google it but could not find anything regarding this drill. Management should consider providing sound machines for future guests. Curtains aren't black out so our kids were up as soon as it was light out. Property was pretty clean but could use some pest control as we encountered more spiders and flying cockroaches than we anticipated. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house is extremely comfortable.

Top-notch!!!

The property was wonderful and very clean! Their was plenty of closet space and slept everyone comfortably. We spent so much time in the very nice, very clean pool. Our host thought of most everything. I asked if there was a crockpot. She said she had been considering getting one and ordered one on Amazon to be delivered to the house for us to use and of course for future visitors. It was a very short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the Navarre area. We would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough about this property and its owner! This home is absolutely beautiful! Sits far enough away from the hustle of the beaches and pier but close enough to be there within 5 mins! Lots to do in the areas surrounding. Stayed here with my wife, 2 older teenage sons, and my sister in-law and we were comfortable in every room. The master bedroom and bathroom are to die for. All the beds in the house were amazing. The pool is large and very clean with lots of space around it. Private and Peaceful! Cynthia is very attentive and helpful in every way. She went out of her way to make sure our beach vacation was everything we wanted it to be. We have never felt so comfortable in someone else's home the way we did here. Can't wait to visit the area again and we will definitely be booking this 10 star property again.

Perfect private vacation house

Lovely private house with huge heated pool. We had 4 adults and five teens with us and were very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone and stay again for sure if in Navarre area.

Breathtaking

It is a very beautiful place the pictures do no justice for this place it was truly breathtaking I recommend this be anyones vacation spot everything was amazing everything was close by the beach was literally 5 minutes away we enjoyed our stay and definitely will book again when we go to Florida thank you so much for making our vacation truly amazing!!!

Beautiful House

We had an amazing stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated in the perfect beach decor. The pool was everything!! The kids loved it so much. The owner really thought of everything, from the extra beach towels to the pool toys, it was much appreciated!

Fantastic home and location!

We were very pleased with the house and pool. Very clean and has everything you will need. They have added roku tvs in all the bedrooms. Which is nice having 2 teens boys. We had some problems with the WIFI, but Cindy worked with us to fix it. I can see us staying here again. Location is great and felt very safe.

Awesome house, awesome host.

This is a top 5 vaca rental. The rental is on a huge lot that feels secluded with an amazing pool and really cool house. This is the only vacation house we’ve rented that has beach chairs and towels for guests to use which we thought was a huge perk. The host was very attentive and available for any questions or concerns that we had and was nice to work with. We would stay here again.

Sand and Sable Navarre

The house was awesome and our host was as well. The house was very clean and well organized, it had everything provided and we liked the detailed instructions. Very nice pool with new furniture and umbrellas. The location was great, within a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quite with very low traffic. I would highly recommend the home and host.

Our family has been coming down to the Panhandle for vacation for over 30 years and my husband and I are tickled to now own a home here in Navarre. We are excited to share our home and love for the beautiful National Sea Shore with others. We are currently living in Ohio and are not quite ready to retire and move down permanently. Take advantage of our misfortune and spend some quality rest and fun time and maybe, we'll see you on the beach!

A comfortable and private place where you can feel at "home". This home has a refreshing pool to cool off and exercise, a patio area to enjoy your family and friends outdoors. This place has all the amenities you'll need to prepare a meal, comfortable beds, a relaxing living area and free WiFi to catch up on emails, share your vacation experience or handle quick work projects. A grill is just outside the back door to prepare your favorite grilled items.

While we have listed a lot of benefits in the previous section, we must mention that you will want to come back again and again to continue making more memories. Here are some special perks to this area and why we want to make it our permanent home someday.
Our location is situated approximately 3 miles from the gorgeous white beaches and the local Navarre fishing pier (the longest pier in the gulf coast). While heading East on 98 to the beach you will notice a park on 98 just before the intersection to turn to the bridge. The park has recently been upgraded with new sitting areas, new playground equipment for young children and updated public restrooms. Did we mention the park has beautiful views too? We are located near many wonderful restaurants on both Highway 87 and more scattered along 98. We're about a 45 minute drive from Pensacola where many great shopping attractions are located as well as the Pensacola Airport. If you and your family enjoy animals, the Gulf Breeze Zoo is located about 8 miles away. Head west on 98 and you will see the signs for the Zoo. If time allows, you may want to visit the Gulfarium in Fort Walton Beach. Plan ahead for Animal Encounters, Breakfast Under the Sea and more exciting marine life activities. These are few of many wonderful benefits of our quiet location that is near so many activities, wonderful restaurants and more. Lastly, we are located near several grocery stores such as Publix, Winn Dixie or Walmart. There are also pharmacies nearby, souvenir shops and more for your daily needs, gift shopping or just in case you forgot the sunscreen.
