Great Property to Stay

Everything was as advertised. There was a small problem with the internet and TV service as they were tied together. The service person they sent was excellent at first he couldn’t get it to work but came back 5 minutes later and said he had talked to the person that installed the system and the main router was in the attic. He reset it and everything was fine. Thanks

Enjoyed our trip, except for the pool. Some maintenance is needed to small things.

Pool was too cold, maintenance said the heater was unplugged but it never got any warmer. Temp was 75 degrees and too cold to enjoy. Deck porch has a chair that is broken that needs to be fixed, all remotes need batteries, sauna cup holder fell off the wall when I went to open the door., upstairs bedpost has been broken and need repairs. Small maintenance updates needed but still a nice place. Worst issue was not being able to enjoy the pool. Seems like other review had same issues.

Great house, but unfortunate problem cost us quite a bit of money .

When we arrived for a two night stay the indoor pool was FREEZING cold, sent text to the host that night, maintenance arrived around noon the next day , a breaker was thrown so we paid all the extra money for the indoor pool that we didn’t get to use at all, still wasn’t warm enough the second night! Such a disappointment.

Smokey Mountain Plunge Vacation

House was amazing and provided ample room for me and my family. There are enough activities to do at the house/resort if you don’t want to leave and go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The only con is the pool inside house wasn’t quite warm enough to use.

Great for a family of 5

We had a great time with pool/hot tub and theater room, even set up a round robin billiards tournament with the kids. They were wiped every night and never bored. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet, like someone used it and put it back dirty and some sticky floors when we arrived, but otherwise everything was great. These are very new builds so everything inside is still new and shiny and works like it should. If we ever go back to the Smokey Mountains we will stay here again.

Wonderful

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was immaculate, and we had the best time we've ever had in TN! We plan on making this place our yearly go-to for our family vacations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bronaugh vacation 2023

Property was amazing, very clean, there were a few things broken and not working properly. Unfortunatly we had no wifi the whole stay so we were not able to utalize the theater room to watch a movie on a streaming service. We were very happy to have gotten a cabin with a pool. Pretty good time overall.

Smokey Mountain Plunge

This property was a great fit for our family of 6! Plenty of space and entertainment for the kids. We have teens so between the hot tub, the pool and the game area, they were occupied! If you are looking for seclusion, this is more of a development with multiple houses near each other. Where we stayed, they are also still building so lots of Job Johnny’s and machines. One bright side….for it being a more developed area, we did see a family of black bears walk right down our street, past the house and into the mountain.

No privacy

No privacy, fireplaces off, management/host refused to send maintenance to turn them on, yet neighboring fireplaces were working, management/host was supposed to call and discuss the issue. No call. Houses staring into our jacuzzi, turning on porch lights after dark, still no privacy, almost 2***for 2 nights, checkout at 10 am, ruined a beautiful getaway with my husband. Will not stay again.

Family Weekend

Overall this new property was amazing! The layout and amenities were as advertised. Since this is a new property, I highly recommend written instructions for Wi-Fi and making sure everything is operable prior to new guests arriving. The fireplace in the living room needed a battery, we weren’t sure how to turn on gas for grill, and the air hockey game was broken upon arrival. We had to wait until mid afternoon the next day to get all of these issues addressed. Although, everything was fixed or explained, losing a whole day on a short weekend trip was disappointing. However, once everything was addressed and/or fixed my entire family had a blast playing pool, swimming, grilling, watching movies in the theater room, etc. Overall we had a wonderful time! I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful home, but few complaints

The biggest complaint we had, was the ad didn't mention that our cabin was right in the middle of other cabins that were under construction (which was started prior to 8:00 am), so it was uncomfortable to sit on our deck and enjoy our time with the constant noise and workers. The pool inside was very cold, and we didn't use it due to how chili it was. Otherwise, the cabin was beautiful and clean and we even saw several bears when we stayed there. Would we stay again? Possibly when all the construction is finished. We did like the location to Gatlinberg.
