THey John! Thanks a bunch for the awesome review about our place. So, there's a little hiccup with the sliding door situation, but no worries - we're upgrading to impact doors. This was a great location and had restaurants with in walking distance. The only reason for the 4 star was for the 60 charge per fob per adult. The very fine print does state a charge for a fob and I missed that. However it has to be charged to each adult. So that was 120 I didn’t expect to pay.

Anna, I appreciate your positive feedback regarding the apartment. I regret to inform you that it seems all information regarding fees is clearly stated on VRBO and not hidden in fine print. All information regarding fees is clearly stated on VRBO and not hidden in fine print. Just to clarify, the fob fee is not $60 per person but rather $30 for every two adults. Additionally, parking details are also provided on the platform. When you require the information, I send it to you. Any information or clarification is in VRBO, and I told you to please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will promptly send you all the relevant information from VRBO, and I did. Luis
