Desert Retreat at Coral Springs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep up to 10 people! The master bathroom has a raised jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a walk-in shower and a lengthy double vanity that ensures you have plenty of space to get ready for the day. With a spacious walk-in closet and King size bed with a TV, the master bedroom has plenty of space for everything you need! Two smaller guest rooms off the living room share an additional large bathroom with plenty of counter space and a shower and tub. Room 2 features a King bed and TV, while room 3 features a TV, Queen Bed, and a Full/Full Bunk Bed.

Fun in the sun

We had a short stay as we hiked in Zion. The place was clean, centrally located and perfect for us. We loved the patio and fireplace and the beds were super comfy. PS, you gotta checkout the amazing pool, waterslide and hot tub! Was perfect to soak in after a long day of hiking.

The unit had 1 laundry pod and two rolls of toilet paper for our 6 day stay. If I had known I needed to bring my own supply I would have stopped on the way from the airport. The unit is set up to sleep at least 6 people so I would think that supplies would have been provided. The icemaker did not drop ice through the door because it was frozen in a solid chunk at the dispenser. I don’t do repairs when renting, but this could have been easily fixed by unplugging and defrosting. Overall the unit is nice, spacious, comfortable for sleeping and would have been a nice for a long vacation if there hadn’t been construction right in front of the unit.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful location and very close to Zion, St. George and the valley. Lovely place and very clean and spacious. Bigger than expected! Had extras on everything there to be used. Great communication with staff and management ahead of time. An extra was the indoor pool and jacuzzi and weight room! Would definitely come again!

Comforts of home

This property was so comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Great place to stay since it is located conveniently between Saint George and Zion. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and Close

Great place to stay with access to St George, Hurricane and other areas. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The area itself had bad cell coverage but once we connected to the WiFi we didn’t have any issues. Pool and amenities were great!

Glad we stayed here

We had a nice time staying here. Parking garage under the condo was big enough for our full size suv. Duel pool and hot tub (inside and outside) worked great for privacy. We had an issue with our grill on the first day of our stay and the red sands team brought a new grill over a before dinner time. Everyone was happy with our stay

Southern Utah Spring Break

Corral Springs Resort: Warm, heated pools. Plenty of seating around pools. My 11 year old loved the pool with the lazy river and waterside. If you prefer a quieter setting, the pool at the clubhouse is less busy. Basketball hoop was a hit. The tennis courts were almost always in use, so hard to use them.Condo: plenty of space. We loved the outdoor fireplace in the evening. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and pillows were all comfortable. Location: it’s located between Hurricane and St. George. We had lots of excursions planned, so the location was great for us. If you are wanting to be able to walk downtown or to restaurants, there really isn’t anything like that in the area-you have to drive to restaurants. It depends on what type of vacation you have planned and your preferences.

Misleading ad

It was very nice but was NOT as pictured in the ad!! I have used VRBO many occasions over he past 30 years and never experienced such a blatant misleading ad. It was not single level at ground level as pictured. I had to navigate multiple steps carrying luggage during which I wrenched my knee which has yet to heal. Very disappointed.

Overall good area and views

Pros- 1. Red Sands was very responsive with any messages 2. Beds were comfortable Cons- 1. Housekeeping did NOT fully clean the condo. Master bath and shower were full of hair from the previous renters. Red Sands asked if we wanted someone to come clean, I declined as I didn't want anyone in there while our belongings were there. I ended up cleaning/disinfecting the area myself. 2. We checked in at 5pm and the dryer was still going with towels, we folded them and put away. 3. Red Sands does warn you as well as one of the reviews that there is construction going on literally right next to the building. 4. BEWARE- a $155 cleaning fee was added in with our total when booking the condo BUT as per their departure instructions… To avoid fees: • Trash: Remove all bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen trash bags. If all bags do not fit in the bins please find the nearest dumpster in the complex, otherwise this is  an excessive trash fee • BBQ: If the BBQ was used during your stay, please be sure to scrub any food off with the grill brush provided • Pool key (if applicable): Be sure that the pool fob and paddle are left where they are found Helpful but not required: • Linens/towels: Remove flat/fitted sheets and standard pillowcases, place in a pile in each room that was occupied. Place all towels that were used in a pile in the laundry room. There is no need to start a load of laundry! • Dishes: Start a load of dishes in the dishwasher, if there is time Aside from the cons, our stay was ok…the outdoor scenes and things to do were spectacular!

This was the perfect place to relax after hiking at Zion! The hot tub in the pool area was the best! And the outdoor patio with a fireplace was also a treat. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Loved it.

Very clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, even on 105+ degree day. Loved the big patio, especially in the mornings and late evenings when the temperatures cooled off. The lazy river and hot tub were awesome and so close to condo. Walmart was only about 10 minutes away so we were able to easily get groceries.

Coral Springs H2 - Home Away from Home

The condos and the grounds were beautiful! We were a little worried about the interstate being so close, but we never heard any noise from it. The views were beautiful everywhere you looked! The condo was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed being able to grill out on our porch instead of sharing a grilling spot with others. Dinners in were nice, but we were in such a great spot to have dinners in St. George or closer to Zion, as well. We were able to drive to Zion, Bryce and The Grand Canyon from Coral Springs. We weren’t too far from anything. Our 16 and 17 year old boys also enjoyed playing basketball at the court on the property in our down time! The check-in and checkout process was simple! We received a text and an email with all the information we needed. We will definitely be back to stay at Coral Springs in Hurricane again!

We were looking for a comfortable home with specific amenities. This property checked ever box. Great freeway access, bbq, pool, jacuzzi, and workout facility. Highly recommend

The house/condo was great. Inside was 1st class. Patio looks great in pictures but the view is of the parking lot and interstate (noisy). Location was easy for Zion. Bryce Canyon was a litte further.

Good stay and we will be back

We loved the property. Everything didn't go as smooth as I'd hope and several pools weren't warmed but then slowly got better with warmer weather. Great location for us so we will be back.

Great place

Our condo was amazing- it did not have a toaster though. The swimming area could use a lot of work, the inside hot tub chlorine was burning our eyes and the maintenance needs finishedOther than that I’ll stay again!

Clean and organized

Stayed here for a girls weekend to attend The Vintage Market Days. It was a perfect location to the market. (Only 5 minutes away). The condo was very clean and organized. The host was very prompt and communicated well. We had no issues at all and will plan to stay there again.
