Diagonally across the street is a convenience store/gas station that is a lifesaver.

The Flying Pelican is a multi-level town home with the 1st floor foyer leading to the master suite and master/guest bath with large shower. A large slider opens to the ground floor patio, equipped with lounge and sitting chairs as well as beach gear. The foyer stairs lead up to the surfboard kitchen with front balcony and three steps up is the back is the beautiful, cozy open living area that has the panoramic view of the ocean and beach. The last level is the loft bedroom with privacy curtains that open to a view of the ocean. The loft bath has a shower/bath combo.

The owner is a local artist, and you will see various pieces of his art as well as his one of a kind home designs.
